Handsome Todd went swimming tonight 😂

Ruger is from our ToddXLucy liter this past thanksgiving! He’s up in Maine at Wicked Waterfowl Retrievers @wickedwaterfowlretrievers we love getting updates on our pups- it’s great to see how much progress they are all making at just 7 months! 🦆

Penny’s first time retrieving in water! It’s actually her first experience with water in general, other than bath nights. Dakota was a great supporter from a distance 😂

Someone is very excited to be putting in some work outside today! Lucy always goes 100 mph, and works really hard. So we have to start off a little slower- just to help her stay sharp.

Penny has made her TikTok debut 😂 Our girls loves those birds!

Our #throwbackthursday post is of Lucy doing what she does best! She’s always had a high hunting drive, and this video definitely shows that. Lucy will be seven years old in February- but she still outruns all of our young dogs! If you’re interested in getting your dog/puppy into some training courses send us a message! We offer a range of services, from Basic Obedience to Shed Training & Bird Work 🐾

Pigeon Feeding

So we have pigeons that we use for training the dogs here at NGGD. Well when they start to run low on food, this guy (yes, ALWAYS this guy) will worm his way out of the coop and wait until I leave the house for work. Once he sees me, he flies on over, and patiently waits for me to fill their feeder. It’s incredibly interesting how smart these birds actually are! You can see in the video he even makes sure to show me where the food is kept 😂
