In a world full of “Karen’s”. (I don’t even like to use that term) be more like Sarah and Madeline and Alicia, Bob, Daniella, Dana, Debbie, Donna, Hope, Janet, Joyce, Julie, Kelly, Kelsey, Kim, Kris, Madeline, Meagan, Pam, Paula, Rebecca, Sue B, Sue C, Suzanne, Tammy and Tori! What an amazing Team we have here at Pampered Pets! I am in Rome for two weeks and have our admin team running things while I’m gone and communicating with me. On the first day one of our team members had a bad fall at work which required surgery. I called her and promised her that Sarah being there was just like my being there and our Sarah didn’t disappoint. They now have this bond that I may be a little jealous of😘 but Sarah showed up, arranged petcare for our employee (Thank you Dana) Showed up at the hospital and stayed with her. Called me. Called workers comp. Was there when she got out of surgery. Brought her home upon discharge. Set her up at her home. She showed up like I would had I been home. Over and above. Sarah and Madeline spent the weekend rearranging schedules for the team and contacting clients and keeping track of lists we may need. Orderly and without panic, all wanting their team member to be ok and not wanting me to worry. I’ve spent the last few days visiting basilicas and walking through jubilee holy doors and praying for so many people I love and adore and who are going through many challenges and as I sit here with some peaceful moments I’m reflecting on the greatness of this team of wonderful people back home who help people and care and show up every day and I’m so incredibly grateful and feel so blessed.
