There is a new pet urgent care opening on Kresson Road in Voorhees!!! These urgent care facilities are an excellent option when you cannot get a vet appointment soon enough but the situation isn’t serious enough for an emergency vet hospital visit!

How is it almost Halloween already? I have a few reminders to help keep your pets safe on Halloween. Please secure your gates and make sure they are locked if you put your dogs in the yard. Keep your pets away from candy and chocolate. Would your pet be more comfortable upstairs in a bedroom with white noise/television during trick or treating hours? Put a gate or barrier in your foyer so your pets won’t get out every time you open your door for Trick or Treaters. Please make sure your pets are wearing a collar with Identification on them in the event they get lost. Even better, are they microchipped and is your information updated with the microchip company.

This is Rita! We walk Rita five days a week for her busy family. She’s a sweet girl and walks so well on leash. Most of our team know and love her as do I. I noticed yesterday in her walk that her family has a FI Collar on her and we use the same collar for our Sugar. It’s a remarkable tracking collar in the event your dog may get out of your yard. I could be out shopping and I get a notification that our dog ‘has left the house with John, my husband. Every few weeks, I put it in a charging base overnight. Wonderful product to help keep your pup safe!! I will put a referral link in comments.

I did a thing today!! I signed a lease for our new dog training facility! I will be wearing my new sub-contractor hat for the next month as we do the build out and get ready to move. Not far….just down the street on Rt 73 at the Maple Shade/Mt Laurel/Cherry Hill border. Stay tuned!!

We help bring your dog to your wedding for photos!! Lucy was the perfect, most beautiful angel yesterday for her beautiful Mom and Dad’s wedding! Of course she was perfectly behaved, she trains with Sue Battel!

A little about me!! My name is Mary and I founded Pampered Pets nearly 17 years ago. I grew up here in Cherry Hill, attending St Peter Celestine School (Now Resurrection School) and Camden Catholic High School. My husband, John, and I settled here in Cherry Hill and our kids attended Cherry Hill schools and our daughter attended Bishop Eustace. We are empty nesters now but dote on our beautiful lab, Sugar. I am a wife and mother and my favorite role is now Mom Mom to two beautiful grandchildren. I spent many years (many adult years as well) wondering what I wanted to be when I grew up and who knew it was right there all along!! Pampered Pets has evolved and grown and changed in many ways through the years, but one thing has never changed. I’ve promised each client that I/We will love and care for their pets as if they were our own and I have promised that the safety and sanctity of their home would be handled as if it were our Mom’s home. I have promised open communication and all of our nearly 700 clients have my cell number and know they can call or text me at anytime if they need or want to. I love this business and the amazing people I get the privilege to work with each day and while my husband sees me working long hours at all hours it’s never really work when you do something you love!! Thank you for trusting us with the care of your pets for the past nearly 17 years.

Meet our adorable Rebecca!! Rebecca joined our team a little over a year ago. Shes a teacher by day and works weekends and summers around her schedule and busy life. She is the sweetest young woman and I’ve never seen her not smiling. She’s reliable and her warmth and love have been well-received by all of the pets she cares for. We all adore you, Rebecca, and appreciate all you do to help and we hope this school year is amazing. A lucky bunch of 4th graders!!!

Meet Kelly!! Kelly joined our team a little over two months ago and we really put her to the test as one of her first visits shadowing Sarah was to visit a home with 10 bird cages and about 20 birds, if not more as this family also fosters birds in the house. I was worried we might scare her off for her first visit, but she jumped right in like a natural. She’s been doing that with each pet she cares for from day one. Kelly gives us her availability around her busy job and family and shows up with love and a smile. I wish I had a photo of her with her hair down because I have to say she has the most beautiful hair and natural color that I’ve seen in a long while. We adore you, Kelly, and appreciate all you do for us!!! Thank you!!

Meet our Kris! Kris joined our team just two months ago but we first met Kris nearly three years ago when she and her husband hired us to care for their puppy, Stella. To my surprise this summer, I recognized her name amongst the hundreds of applications that come through our hiring software. I called her and she’s recently retired and very active and the rest is history. Kris reminds me a lot of myself, other than she is much more fit than I am🤷🏻‍♀️, she is a mom to grown children whom she loves and is a proud young Grandmom and she loves animals. Shes always smiling and so easy to work with and she loves the flexibility of this job. We are so excited to have you on our team, Kris, and thank you for everything you do!!
