My gratitude post!! I picked up our Certificate of Occupancy today for our new training home! It’s beautiful, sans an outdoor sign and wall things, but we are up and operating at our new home now!! I want to thank Frank at Franks Sharpening in Maple Shade for providing us with our first home this past year! I want to thank Erin in the Mt Laurel Zoning office for being patient with me and helping me to understand the zoning process, Amy and everyone in the Construction office in Mt Laurel for helping guide me, my attorney Warren Wolf for helping me understand a 36 page lease agreement (he is brilliant by the way), Certi Pro Painters for the beautiful wall transformation, Shane at SGC Electric for working with me and the schedule and always cooperating and helping, Rick Krouse Flooring for the beautiful floor transformation, my team for all they do every day helping keep our business running so fantastically, Sarah and Rob for helping me move everything over and set up, my husband for always helping and supporting me in all I do even though he is sometimes in his own for dinner and he looks at me sometimes and asks about my thoughts on retirement down the road😘, (I haven’t mentioned to him yet that I’m thinking about a Mobile grooming van in the next year). Sue Battel for trusting the process and being so amazing and a great friend too! She walked in the new training space for the first time yesterday and cried because it’s so beautiful and perfect!

We’ve got floors!! Our new training space is coming along and we are just waiting on our CO Inspections. I visited our neighbors here and had my nails done and then stopped in at our other new neighbor Boaggio’s Bread for the first time and let me just say that this is a beautiful store! I felt like I was in Italy again with all of the beautiful and delicious looking food. Delicious!!

There is a new pet urgent care opening on Kresson Road in Voorhees!!! These urgent care facilities are an excellent option when you cannot get a vet appointment soon enough but the situation isn’t serious enough for an emergency vet hospital visit!

How is it almost Halloween already? I have a few reminders to help keep your pets safe on Halloween. Please secure your gates and make sure they are locked if you put your dogs in the yard. Keep your pets away from candy and chocolate. Would your pet be more comfortable upstairs in a bedroom with white noise/television during trick or treating hours? Put a gate or barrier in your foyer so your pets won’t get out every time you open your door for Trick or Treaters. Please make sure your pets are wearing a collar with Identification on them in the event they get lost. Even better, are they microchipped and is your information updated with the microchip company.
