Founded in October 2016, Mabel's Orphaned Angels Rescue (MOAR) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization & no-kill rescue based in Southern Maryland.

While a large number of our rescues are of the feline variety, we are committed to helping animals of all kinds find their perfect forever home. By the end of 2022 we will have found forever homes for more than 400 orphaned angels.

Like clockwork, Dominic is back in the hallway—patiently (well, mostly) waiting for dinner. He knows the routine and takes his job as dinner supervisor very seriously. 💕
This sweet senior may love his food, but he’s just as full of love and charm. Dominic is diabetic, but he takes his care like a champ. He’d love to be your one-and-only cat (or share with just a few friends) and gets along great with calm dogs and gentle kids. A catio or sunny porch would make his world complete.
