Rabies Alert in Prince George!

A raccoon near Arwood Road has tested positive for rabies.

Please ensure your pets' vaccinations are up-to-date and report any stray animals to Prince George Animal Control at (804) 991-3200.

Protect your family and pets:
* Vaccinate all cats, dogs, and ferrets against rabies.
* Avoid contact with wild animals or strays.
* Enjoy wildlife from a distance – don't feed or encourage wild animals to visit your premises.

If you suspect exposure to the infected raccoon, contact the Crater Health District Environmental Health Office at 804-863-1652.

Meet Maverick, a 14-week-old puppy who came in to see Dr. Banks last week. This sweet boy has beautiful eyes that are a kaleidoscope of blue and brown!

Did you know that Town & Country now offers therapeutic laser treatments for patients? Our class four infrared therapeutic laser system can treat many conditions, from osteoarthritis to ear infections.

BooBoo is receiving a therapeutic laser treatment for pain associated with spinal arthritis and degenerative disc disease. She will receive a treatment 1-2 times weekly for 6 sessions and then as needed. The treatment sessions are quick and pain free. In fact, BooBoo instantly relaxes once the treatment begins!
