Look at our girl Supra!

This was her at practice with dock diving, and we honestly weren’t sure how she’d take to it at first. We practiced with her just to see how she would do, but boy did she change our minds fast! She took to it like a total natural, looking like a pro right from the start. Hate to say it, but she might even be giving Maximus a run for his money at his own sport. We’re now thinking about competing with her at the next event alongside him so she can start earning some medals of her own!

We attended our very first conformation classes near St. Louis, MO, and had the absolute best time! 🐾✨ It was such a fun learning experience for both us and our dogs as we begin this journey into the show world. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, which made our first time even more special. We’re so grateful for the support and encouragement, and we’re excited to keep learning and growing alongside our dogs! 💛

We are beyond proud of our boy Maximus! 🐾💦 This was his very first dock diving competition, and he absolutely blew us away.

Max brought home:
🥇 3 First Place Medals
🥉 1 Third Place Medal
🥈 2nd Place in the Finals!

For his first-ever event, he was nothing short of impressive. We couldn’t be happier with how he performed and how much fun he had doing what he loves. Way to go, Maximus! 💙🐾

🐾 Important Announcement from Buddy’s Golden Horizon🐾

After much reflection, we’ve made the decision to pause our breeding plans for the foreseeable future.

Right now, shelters, rescues, and pounds are in a state of crisis—overflowing with dogs in need of loving homes. As responsible breeders, we believe it’s important to acknowledge this and do our part to help.

While we remain deeply committed to preserving and protecting our breed through ethical, health-tested breeding, we also recognize that now is a time for compassion, awareness, and action.

We encourage everyone to:

✅ Adopt if you can – Give a dog in need a second chance.
✅ Donate or volunteer – Shelters need help more than ever.
✅ Shop responsibly – Support ethical breeders who prioritize health, structure, and temperament, not profit.

This is not goodbye—just a pause made out of respect for the dogs who don’t have the security ours do. Thank you for your support and understanding. 🐶❤️

Well… we had a Maximus x Hazel puppy get returned to us due to financial hardships & a recent breakup. We named him Frank Gallagher since he stayed with us for 6 months until he found a home. Luckily, they kept the name Frank Gallagher and nickname him Funky Frank! 😂
Frank is being sent off the first week of July to a service/therapy dog organization at no charge since he already has three of his full siblings inside the same organization. He’s also going to be living with his full sisters and they are going to help teach him a few things.

I can’t believe our hazelnut is 3 years old today 🥺 time has been flying but she is seriously the best dog. Everyone wish her a happy birthday!
