We lost Harold today. is devastated and struggling to understand how anyone could have taken this old man, put his little cost on him and then put him out in a strange, cold place when he was nearly blind and had a grade six heart murmur. How could you drive away and leave him to fend for himself? Savanna is young and sometimes I wonder if it is good for her to endure the constant sting of how cruel people can be but then I see the joy that she gets from helping. He had a grooming appointment tomorrow to remove the f***s that were stuck in his feet and around his eyes. He was scheduled to go to the vet on Monday. It was all about to become good for him. I am so thankful that he spent his last days at a wonderful shelter that really cared about his well being. I am sick about this. Thank you to those who helped us with his emergency bill. It is appreciated. Donations are way down while the need is rapidly escalating. I am so grateful for everyone that cares and is able to help….
