For a healthy root system of our edible crops seedlings and reducing the use of ordinary plastic cell plugs that are contagious with heavy chemicals in it. We are using soil block methods starting this year and also using food grade trays for the safety. So we choose to do a little more work for better health and help save our environment. 🌱🌱

Our favorite garlic is Armenian Porcelain, Asian Tempest, Red​ German. We got the seeds from heirloom certified organic farm in Wisconsin 3 years ago but they sold the farm 😢. So we carry on the heritage and grow it every year in our chemical free garden. They're still outstanding performance!!
