RPG is expanding again! We’re hiring incidental part time workers. Looking for:
-compassionate animal lovers with experience in handling and caring for a variety of dogs and cats (birds and/or reptiles a plus).
-Dog/cat CPR certification also a plus.
-On the job training provided (including required paid shadowing in next few weeks).
-Liability coverage under RPG’s pet care insurance policy while on the job for your protection as well as the clients.
-Must be available during the day, typically 10:30am-2:30pm as that is our busiest times.
-Must be willing to commit to our regular clients 3-4 visits per week for routine walks. This is to provide the animal consistency and build relationships.
-Must be available and willing to sleep at clients home if you accept overnight bookings and be willing for pet to sleep in bed/couch with you if requested
-Must be 18 or older
-Must have smartphone and be comfortable using our app after training
-Must have ability to get self to appointments on time and pay own fuel to visits in Kankakee County
-Non-benefited position, incidental worker status
-Supplies provides
