DIY enrichment for crate bound or recovering dogs!
Our good pal Dug had a major hip surgery. His mama is a human nurse and has been doing great with his post-op medical care. However, dogs on crate rest need extra mental stimulation while their physical wounds heal. Dug’s mom reached out to us for ideas for enrichment/stimulation and we were happy to suggest a few easy DIY ideas that she caught on video. Happy to report Dug is making a great recovery! If you are stuck and ideas for your dog (whether it be enrichment or deterring undesirable behaviors), reach out to us, we have plenty more free ideas that we can cater to meet your dogs needs!

IL executive orders as related to pet
IL set new executive orders yesterday effective 5pm today. It is necessary and so important, but not as scary as it sounds. I encourage you to read the entire thing and follow it as ordered (full link in comments). My pal Pookie here discusses specifically what this means for your pets. Good news for pets! Thank you, Gov, for acknowledging pets as a part of the family and their needs as essential!!
Pets and COVID-19
With the recent developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are hearing a lot about people, but little about pets. We wanted to provide you with some links (will drop in the comments of this post) from reliable sources as well as let you know or some precautions we as a business are taking as we continue our services. If you can’t watch the video, please read the video text (also pasted in the comments below)
