Mouse is the sweetest senior searching for a place to call home. This 13-year-old is very affectionate and loves to be around her favorite humans. She is a simple lady that loves playing with balled up paper and string toys! Mouse has lived with other cats and a dog in her previous home. Mouse is considered a Special Care adoption because she requires a bit more love! She has chronic kidney disease, which often allows cats to live nearly normal or normal lifespans. As a result, Mouse may require a special diet in the future. Mouse would be so grateful for the chance to claim a spot in your heart!

⭐️⭐️ Cat of the Day: Tippy ⭐️⭐️

Tippy: 1 1/2 year old male

Tippy is such a handsome boy. He has a soft and sleek all-grey coat with a tiny tip of white at the end of his tail (hence the name). He has an amazing backstory that we would like to share with you.

Tippy was born outdoors. Luckily, a kind soul provided him with food to sustain him until he could be brought indoors to safety. He was very skittish at first - it was a whole new world to him.

We are so happy to share that Tippy has been socialized in a foster home and now enjoys being around his people. He follows his foster everywhere. He likes to sit by her on the couch and desires to always be touching her with his paw (so sweet). Once comfortable in a new environment, Tippy is loving, playful and chatty. He has been good with the other cats and a kitten in his foster home. This gorgeous boy has come so far…he just needs the last part of his rescue story…a forever home.

Please understand if Tippy is nervous at a meet and greet at NAWS. It can be an intimidating place to some cats. He is completely different, and very comfortable, in his foster home (see the videos in the comments). He will adjust to your home too.
