With the year coming to an end, I have to say it was a difficult one; so much has happened , and yet so little to give us hope.

I'm at home in the comfort of a warm and clean place, and I took a moment to realize how grateful I am for my life in general. It is pretty boring but I have all the essential needs met, lots of people right now, are facing famine, lack of medical care, homeleness , suffering and wars that have devasted nations and created so much suffering; you know, the list is long!

If you care about what is going on, step up and do something about it. I donated to Doctor's without borders because I trust the money will go to a good cause, and I encourage you do do the same. The world is not looking good but we can make it better. Happy new year!

Dog lost alert in Logan Square!

I saw a lost dog this morning on Spaulding Ave, close to Palmer. He had no collar, brindle, about 64-70 lb, pit/ boxer short hair mix. He is definitely someone's dog, and ran away as I tried to approach him.Please share this post and lets try to find his owner. Thank you.

Who says dogs can't enjoy holiday cookies? We've been busy baking all weekend and are happy to announce our amazing homemade cookies are here! We have them packaged and ready to put under the tree for Christmas. Come by the shop and see the boxes of different sizes and assortments, all made with the healthy, human-grade ingredients. We also have bon bons ready to go and fresh empanadas. Come quick, there are only a limited amount of gift boxes available!

Holidays may be very stressful time for pets. Traveling to new places, meeting new people or other animals can cause anxiety and fear. Some pets are more sensitive than others. Identifying the triggers and providing them with a calming aid can make all the difference. Our CBD treats are effective with most animals and are $5 off on all 8z and larger bags. This year for Thanksgiving we are making the peanut butter and bacon cupcakes. We are going to be open on the 26th and 27th with lots of freshly baked goodies for your dogs’s holiday treats. We are also having several sales.
