Summer fun is winding down, and it's almost that time of year again—back to school! 🎒 Whether your little ones are heading off to their first day of kindergarten or returning for another exciting year, preparation is key.

Here's a quick checklist to help you get ready:

Supplies: Stock up on notebooks, pencils, and all the essentials. Don’t forget a sturdy backpack!
Wardrobe: Freshen up their wardrobe with some new clothes and shoes for the school year.
Schedule: Start adjusting sleep schedules now to ease the transition.
Health: Schedule any necessary doctor's appointments and make sure vaccinations are up to date.
Homework Station: Set up a dedicated space at home for homework and studying.

Recipe of the Week: Summer Berry Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing

Ingredients:
For the salad:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup grapes, halved
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
For the dressing:

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions:
Prepare the fruit:

Wash all the berries thoroughly.
Hull and slice the strawberries.
Peel and slice the kiwi.
Halve the grapes.
Make the dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Assemble the salad:

In a large serving bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, and grapes.
Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.
Toss gently to coat the fruit with the dressing.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh mint leaves over the top.

Recipe of the Week: Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons (1 for juice and zest, 1 sliced for grilling)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, juice and zest of one lemon, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dill, and thyme. Mix well.
Marinate the Salmon:

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using a gas grill, preheat to about 375-400°F (190-200°C).
Grill the Salmon:

Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
