Hey Everyone! I hope you all have had a wonderful summer so far. I am making an announcement about a few issues that have popped up and has gotten a little wild lately!
In no way is this regarding a particular client in any way, so please do not take it personal 💗
Late appointments: If you are past 15 minutes late I will need to reschedule your appointment, and a no show fee will be applied in the event that this happens (50% of service) & will need to be paid prior to rescheduling . If I am still able to take your pet in after 15 mins late depending on the circumstances of the day, I will be adding a late fee to the overall charge of the appointment of $15 + $5 for every additional 15 mins there after.
No Shows: I will consider your appointment a no show if after 15 minutes and I have not been contacted otherwise. A fee of 50% of the appointment's total will need to be paid prior to booking again.
With this being said, I totally understand emergency's do happen! However if this is a common reoccurrence I will need to terminate providing services to your pet. Dog grooming is time consuming, so please value the time I have allotted for your pet as well as others! At the end of the day- power, water, product, equipment upgrade/maintenance, time lost/wasted and employees still needs to be paid for.
Payments via PayPal and Venmo: Payments are due when services are rendered & upon pick up. If any issue arises via app, internet, etc please send payment by end of day. If this proceeds to be an issue I will need to firstly apply a late payment fee, and then remove this as an option of payment.
I will not be allowing drops offs earlier than 9am unless otherwise discussed in advance, or pick ups later than 5:30 unless service times are running later than intended on my part. Late pick-ups will be charged $1/minute after 5:30pm.
I have installed Ring Doorbells for those unable to text upon arrival, I have set this up as a safety precaution on distractions/accidents while your pet is being worked on, or for pets that do not do well with crating. I can not hear door knocking due to loud equipment & dog barking 🙁
I am currently booking 2+ weeks in advance, please keep that in mind when scheduling and plan in advance, and pre-booking is encouraged 🐶
