Our first time doing a retro poodle trim and I kinda love it! Jackie sporting a retro Fifth Avenue clip. Her jacket and pants need to grow in a little, she was in a Miami before. All non shaved spots were hand scissored.

My beautiful sweet Jemma also had a spa day today. Bath, blow dry, good brushing and haircut. Did a partial Conti on her since we are taking a break from showing right now, mostly due to my busy busy schedule. We will be focusing on training with Jemma and start her show career next year sometime.

Prim had a very needed spay day today. She spent Sunday through Wednesday with me in Los Vegas for a work conference and then Saturday in LA for a Green Day American Idiot Play. She was one stinky girl after the long week we had.

Jemma met her Aunt Shayna today. We met up with Shayna’s owner Margo to go on a walk around Victoria Gardens. Shayna is from our Harry Potter Litter, Koa and Charlotte litter.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUCKY 🍀
We love you so much buddy. I hope you enjoyed your day yesterday. He went to work with me, enjoyed a pup cup and we got him a tomahawk steak just for him. My husband seared in on the grill for him and then sliced it up for him. We allowed him to pick the meat off the bone then took it away.

So I am sitting in the living room folding clean clothes and all the dogs start barking at something out the front door. All of them but Jemma ran to the front door to bark. I hear her behind me barking but she sounds like she is above my head level, which is weird. So I turn around and this is what I see. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 She is a bit of a Monkey See Monkey Do when it comes to watching the cats and other dogs in the house. So I am assuming she saw a cat get up on the crates and assumed she can too. But once she got up there she was not to sure how to get back down, which is good cause don’t want her jumping at this age. I picked her up and set her back on the floor. She is too smart for her own good sometimes.

Crate Training

Working on Jemma’s crate training while we are at the car wash waiting for our truck. This is great practice to get her comfortable on beinging crated in any location.

Vet Visit!

Jemma and Luffy both received their final puppy vaccine, bordetella vaccine and first rabies vaccine. Linq had his yearly exam and had blood drawn for a senior panel.

The poodles and I spent the day deep cleaning our bedroom and moving furniture around. Still have to move some of the furniture back in but that’s another days work.
