We will accept bookings until 5pm, noting that grooms will take longer than usual. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please plan ahead, considering our limited kennel space. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS. We send this notification when all dogs are ready. We also display signs throughout our lobby and on our window stating that we do not accept cards, as indicated in our message. Please read the message in its entirety. We have had clients become upset with us for not accepting cards, despite our repeated notifications that we do not accept cards.

Additionally, our pet daycare services are available in conjunction with grooming for those who cannot pick up their pets within an hour of completion.
