Thank you Bettisworth North Architects and Planners for hosting a Community Building event this past Thursday‼️ Truly a great idea and evening to meeting and greeting some amazing people and nonprofits doing good for the community. Thank you Gillespie for including us and your continued support. Thank you to Atwood for picking up the stuffed husky from John Kipmik Products Inc - appreciate the loan of the fake dog that drew some great attention lit up with Noxgear and Nite Ize to promote visibility as the days grow darker. Fun and fruitful time had by Dog Lady and other attendees. 🎉♥️🐶

🎉and more Puppieeees‼️ this passel of pups - litter no. 3 of 6 this summer (and the second from Togiak) are now available for adoption. They’ve been fostered and socialized at a tour kennel in Seward and will be at PetSmart at Tikahtnu Commons on Sunday from 3 to 6 pm. Preference given people who put their applications in before the event. 3 boys are all cream colored and one pure white female. Mom is already adopted‼️ Thank you Matt and Franziska Reeder for adopting mom and picking up mom and her pups so they can be at our event on Sunday♥️ We will need fosters for the pups if they don’t get adopted⁉️

🎉Transport Found⁉️Puppiessssss (litter no. 6 we’ve helped this summer) need a ride to Willow and “socialization school” with Alaskan Husky Adventures and Matt and Liz Failor. Came in Thursday night - surprise‼️ Dog Lady picked up for an overnight at the HQ, but they need a ride to Willow. These adorable pups will soon be up for adoption in a couple of weeks. More info on them soon. 🐶

🎉Busy..Busy…Busy!! Behind on updates🫣 adoption day was a bit slower but still great this past Sunday. 🎉🐾🐶Meet Nikki at PetSmart Muldoon Today and several others from 3 to 6 pm Meet Our Canine Athletes.

Nikki is a very sweet 9 year old who loves affection, gets along great with other people and children (but loves to jump up on people), and loves to play with other dogs. She has almost mastered the doggy door and is about 80% housebroken. For a nine year old she is still fast and full of energy. She does not respond to her name or commands very well but is loyal to her person and follows me anywhere. She’s a great mountain bike companion and I’m sure would be the same skiing. Most of the time she responds immediately off leash when called. She gives great hugs and loves to snuggle and be pet. Thank you Dan Bissinger for fostering! ♥️🐾🐶

‼️🎉Miss Fluffy is again available for adoption. No fault of her own. 🐶 The initial adopter changed his mind on adopting a dog right now. 🙄 timing now not right apparently. This gal will be at our adoption day Sunday at PetSmart off Muldoon 3 to 6 pm. If you had put in an application already for her and I have yet to call you - remind me - pm me. I’ve tried to go through the list and contact the next people on order of applications.🎉‼️

📕 Just arrived. Looking forward to reading. 📖 We are also recruiting veterinarians 🐶 who would like to help us with our small clinic being outfitted soon to conduct spay/neuters, laser therapy and hopefully radiographs and dentals as we ramp up and win additional grants. Hi my name is Cayenne!
I’m a very gentle, quiet girl looking for my forever family. I LOVE other dogs and would love to have another dog to play and bond with. I also love all food so I can easily become your best friend quickly if you just give me some treats.
I still love running with my dog team and am very comfortable in a dog yard. Mom says I would do best with less visitors everyday (she runs tours) and I prefer things quieter.
Mom says I’m also great in the house and just need a little bit of time to learn your routine. I also really like my crate but I also like to follow Mom around to see what she’s doing.
Mom says I’m 6 years old and spayed. I love going on walks and adventures, but I have to stay on the leash or sometimes I forget to come back.
If you’re looking for a quiet companion or another running teammate, I would love to meet you!

We really need foster people in Fairbanks right now!! And sponsorship for 10 dogs needing to fly in at approximate $155 per two dogs (approx $775) on Wright Air and then 9 neuter and one spay (approx total $2,000).

‼️FOSTERS NEEDED ASAP‼️ Needing to come into Fairbanks from Venetie village ideally this week to be neutered (one spay)‼️ Some already have homes pending transport to Canada. 🇨🇦 We need foster spots.
