We had a couple of amazing things happen yesterday. Xander got his license. We had a clutch hatch. I received two months of my medication rezdiffra. That is 8k that an anonymous donor from walgreens gave me. Shows that there are still good people in the world.

We hate to see him go. "Fred" Frost is one of our most beloved ball pythons. However my medication rezdiffra for my liver is outrageous at 4k a month. I have filed for some support but so far have not heard back. Please like and share. Maybe we can get some relief. Thank you all.

Greetings to all of our loyal Royal X Reptile customers and followers. We wanted to get a message out to the community after processing some news that will affect our ability to continue with the Company. This decision has not been made lightly. About a month ago we were given some news that Sam’s liver issues may have progressed to a worsened stage. He’s been seen by the necessary specialists and taken all of the various tests/procedures needed for his doctor’s to make a diagnosis based on their suspicions. Sam's official medical diagnosis is F4 Cirrhosis. Our hope is that the dietary changes that we are putting into place will keep his symptoms neutral and slow down any further liver progression. The current state of his liver is not reversible so we ask that you please include us in your prayers, thoughts, and good vibes.

We appreciate all of the support and encouragement we’ve received since starting in 2018. We’ve pulled long hours for reptile shows and craft shows. Driven thousands of miles. Put in countless hours at home on breeding plans, care and husbandry, preparation, and jewelry making. You’ve watched our son grow from a mega-shy 9 year old to a slightly less-shy 16 year old. Xander has made the decision to look into a career in culinary and hospitality and we look forward to seeing him grow in that field. We’ll continue to keep this site active and make everyone aware of Sam’s progress as well as any shows we’ll be attending, sales via MorphMarket, and business supplies available. At this time we ask that you please refrain from asking what items we will have for up for sale (ie rack systems, incubators, jewelry supplies, etc) aside from our ball pythons, mourning geckos and isopods. Due to Xander returning to school, Tracy working full-time and Sam managing many doctor appointments, it will be easiest for us to manage sales as we are ready to post them and are completely done with the items as we decrease our ball pythons on hand. Sam has spent a lot of time this past week in updating pictures and getting our proven breeders listed on https://www.morphmarket.com/stores/royalxreptiles/

Our final eggs have been added to the incubator and we are excited to see what we have produced this year. We have 46 beautiful eggs that will start hatching in just a few weeks. That’s 10 more than we had expected this year! That does bring some excitement to this bittersweet time in our lives.

I was pretty proud of ourselves this year. We had 6 clutches and we were within 2 days of figuring out the due date of each one. Zelda laid one slug two days before her due date and 7 on her due date. Bea laid today which is two days after due date. All the rest were on due dates. 🎉
