🚨 URGENT: Parker's Last Chance! 🚨
Weeks ago, we rescued Jenny and her two pups, DJ & Chowder, but we couldn’t bring Parker with them. The shelter is overflowing and Parker only has until the end of this week to find a foster home or he’ll face the unthinkable.
Earlier this week we were able to rescue Daisy Mae and her pups. Sadly their puppy daddy didn't make it out of the shelter. 😢Please, don't let it happen to DJ and Chowder's dad.
We need a committed foster NOW to save his life.

Nala’s face when I told her she had to go back to boarding without her bestie Chomp.. 😭😭😭

Nala is such a good girl and we can’t wait for someone to see her potential. Thanks to a wonderful volunteer she had a play date out last week and we learned some more about her. She did well in their home and went to the backdoor when she needed to go potty. Nala loves to play fetch and would love a big back yard to play in. She was slightly territorial but with a correction that stopped immediately. Nala would love to have a doggie friend to play with but it is not nesicary! She is high energy and would pace someone really well if they were running. She is about a year old and 58 pounds.

Nala needs a hero!!! Please share! 🙏

Welcome this sweet momma to OPR 🐾

She was originally trapped by Oklahoma Alliance for Animals VERY pregnant!

She has since had 10 perfect little nuggets.

What we believe to be the sire to the litter was caught as well and is currently at TAW.
He needs a hero. 💔

Our baby bear cubs and Jenny, that gave birth to the two puppies in a park, are getting a lift with the fabulous Sommer's Rescue Transport to our friends at Anderson Humane this morning !!

Remember the VERY pregnant Sweet Fern?!

Sadly, she required an emergency c-section and lost all but one kitten.

Fern and her one tiny babe are recovering and bonding nicely.

Perfect Frank and his little friend! 😍

Frank made his debut last weekend but didn’t find his match! He’s an almost year old Pit bull mix. He was found as a stray in Tulsa and never claimed. Frank is on the smaller side around 48 pounds. He is crate trained, house trained, and super friendly to everyone!

Come see Frank at Petsmart in Owasso tomorrow! 🩵

Remember Daisy Mae with the broken femur ?

She’s recovered tremendously since her surgery. However, she has started to have some complications that have required a splint.

We’re hopeful this, and more time will help her to regain as much as she can in her limb.

Rosie has been a perfect hotel guest at the vet…BUT she needs a FOSTER!!!

They report she’s been great with all the dogs, and even good with a kiddo.

Meet Roy, yes Roy is a girl! 🦋
She is a Hangin Tree Cowdog! Bred with the intent to be the ultimate cowboys cattle dog.
She is a cross breed from the working dogs, Border Collie, Catahoula, Kelpie and Australian Shepard. Her need for exercise can not be understated. She will require an active family to keep up with her endless energy. She would also do well with another active dog to play with.
She will make a loyal companion and loves people, she does ok with cats and ignores them. Roy would do best in a home with older children, she is house broke. If interested in Roy I would suggest reading more about the Australian Kelpie cattle dog since she has most of these characteristics.
