Maple had her 2nd groom today at Hilltop. We went longer on the coat with a very doodle-y face!

This sweet old lady, 16 years to be exact, had her first spa day at Hilltop. She got lots of extra care and cuddles to make her grooming experience with me as stress free for her as possible. She did absolutely fabulous!

Part of grooming dogs is building relationships. This boy made his dislikes known during his first groom with me today. We spent extra time today building trust, it included breaks when he signaled to me he needed them which included eye contact connection with lots of pets. German Shepherds thrive on trust and boundaries and this boy is no exception. What a lovely bond I built with this big boy today. Oh…and look how handsome he is after his bath, de-shed and nail trim!

We had a unique client need this afternoon. This sweetheart was surrendered to a local rescue and was in need of some specialized care. This dog had matting covering every inch of his body. He spent 5 hours with one on one care with me. Do you think his spirits were lifted after his spa day?!!

Onyx was the first client of the day. This sweet boy got the works today! Full groom, teeth brushed and dropped off to his Mama at her people salon when he was all done!

This sweet girl doodle had her first groom today. She did amazing and I cant wait to see her fur grow out, she has a beautiful coat!

This 3 year old Bouvier has never been to the groomer. He had very deep matting. We took his coat all the way down so that we can maintain a true Bouvier coat and cut moving forward!

Did you know that we have the capabilities to groom giant breed dogs? Ace the 140 # Newfie had a spa day at the groom room! Are you surprised that this giant water dog LOVED his bath?!

We use warm water in our bath with professional grooming products that target your dogs specific needs! Miles got a puppy shampoo and then an aloe conditioner soak to soften and brighten his beautiful wavy coat!

Mr. Miles is 7 months old and still learning the grooming routine. At Hilltop Groom Room we use lots of praise and positive reinforcement every step of the way to create a positive experience for your pup. (Training treats were used during this groom; of course approved prior to the groom by his owner!)
