Shaggy paws is deeply heart broken over the tragic event that has happened in our beautiful community of Clarksville.

To all my clients please if I can do anything to help if you are affected reach out in a private message.

To all my client’s that have an appointment booked this week please contact me to let me know if next week works for you. I am taking this week off (mobile) to allow for a majority of the work to clear debris and restore power to the neighborhoods that have been affected.

I do have a salon set up at home if you would like to bring them to me or allow for pick up and drop off for this week. Please let me know and we will make it happen.

Shaggy paws would like to thank you for your business and continued support, again I will be reaching out to anyone currently scheduled for the next two weeks just to check on you and your fur baby and confirm.

This is NOT a bashing post and I will not tolerate any rudeness.

This post is meant to be informative. Life gets in the way and sometimes pets don’t get groomed as often as needed due to busy work life and no time to drop off and pick up. I am not here to judge, I am here to help. Mobile grooming is great for those with a busy life. You don’t have to be home in order for me to pamper your pet. This will allow for a regular grooming schedule.

When pets are not groomed frequently and matting like pictured happens. The Mat’s are so tight they pull on the skin, this will also trap moisture between the coat and skin. This will cause skin issues and it can be extremely painful to remove even by a shave down. All that blood flow that’s been cut off from the tight pulling of the coat comes rushing back making their skin extremely itchy, feel funny and uncomfortable.

Keeping pets on a regular schedule is easy with mobile! Let’s get your pets booked. Look how happy she is in her after photo!! 🐶 ❤️

Gaging interest

How many people would be interested in drop off appointments? My salon in the garage is almost complete. I just need to run water lines to tub.

Rates would be reasonable and less than mobile. No different packages. Same as mobile everything the pet needs will be included in the price other than fleas. If fleas are found there will be an additional charge.

I would be having everyone drop off between a certain time frame and call when ready for pick up. Pets would have water available at all times and potty breaks while waiting for pick up.

Announcement!

I am in the process of moving forward to turn my garage into a salon. I will be offering drop off appointments that will be one on one. Stay tuned for info on that! I will be doing mobile as well still! Most of you have seen my niece Vera. She will running the home Salon and grooming once she is done training with me!

Effective June 1st hours are changing!

Due to the summer heat I will be getting an early start to my day. This allows me to get home before it gets too hot out and still be able to enjoy the summer with my kiddos ❤️

First appointment I will be there between 730-8am. My last appointment of the day will be between 12-2 This will take effect June 1st.

I am also in need of another military sponsorship for on post. My client who has sponsored for the last year will be PCSing. My pass expires in May. The wait time at gate 7 the commercial gate is always super long in the mornings. If anyone would be willing to sponsor please let me know and I can get you the forms.

I will be closed from Dec 23-Jan 3rd

I am 100% full until the 2nd week of January. If you want a appointment please reach out. If you have filled out a form PLEASE send me a message so I can look for it.

Effective January 1st my rates will be changing. All current clients will be informed of your new rate at the end of your next appointment. Inflation is killer right now on everyone and especially small businesses. My supplies have nearly doubled in price. This is necessary in order for me to continue to service your pets.

I will be changing the way I do my routes as well. Usually I work further out and work my way back home. I will be booking based on area alone. I will not be servicing all areas in the same day. It takes too much time between appointments to get from one stop to the next. This means you need to be flexible with dates or open to Latch key appointments.

ATTENTION: I want to apologize for the craziness of the last 2 weeks. My entire family had the flu and then last week my 4 year old was attacked by her babysitters dog resulting in staples and stitches to her head. I have had to reschedule A LOT of appointments. I understand the inconvenience and trust that it is that much of a inconvenience to me as well.

Thank you to everyone who has been understanding.

To those who can not be patient and understanding. There is a groomer for everyone and I’m just not it for you. That is OK! I am a single mama and my kids will ALWAYS come first. I will never apologize for putting them first.

If anyone needs or wants recommendations for other mobiles or salons. I will be happy to give you that.
