Remember to follow through when your dog shows hesitation, if you don't then everything starts to unwind.. make sure to reinforce those behaviors when they do follow through without hesitation. And remember: your dog should not have to work for free all of the time, even if they are proficient in what you are asking. If they never get any type of reward for their work, why would they want to listen to you?

Walking 2 dogs at once can be difficult, especially if they're not efficient with leash manners...here is an example of what walking with 2 dogs should look like! If you need help walking your pack together we would be happy to help!

Meet the team! Part 2.
Here we have the aforementioned Oatie and Hotchner, my two boys!

Oatie is a 3 y/o Old English Sheepdog, frisbee extrordinaire, and part-time demo dog. Oatie is my heart dog and Service Dog (in training) 🥰

Hotchner is a 12 week old Rough Collie who only knows some basics at this point but will be a future demo dog... though he is a professional bitey puppy

Meet the Team!! Part 1
This is Lilly and Junebug!

Hey y'all - I'm Lilly and this is my 1 y/o rescue pup, Junebug! We've been a team for a little over a year now, which started with my impulsive "I moved out of my parents' house so I should get a puppy" decision. My passion for dogs started with my childhood pup, Molly - she taught me how much I love training and going on adventures with the company of a dog. Now that I have my own pup, our favorite pastimes include lake days, going out with friends, and (of course) - learning new tricks! We also love meeting new people/pups and can't wait to help everyone form the bond we have with their own babies💛🐾

Hi there, my name is Josie! I have 2 dogs of my own, Oatie, a 3 year old Old English Sheepdog, and Hotchner, a 12 week old Rough Collie. Anything dogs is my passion, anything from learning all about breeds and their traits, dog nutrition (always talk with your vet about nutrition as I am not a nutritionist), behavior, and of course, training! I am an ABC certified dog trainer and behavioralist. I have 3+ years of experience training dogs of various sizes, breeds, and ages. I practice both positive reinforcement and balanced methods of training and firmly believe in training the dog in front of me... only using the perfect method for each dog. I love all of my puppy students like they are my own! I aim to help every dog I can live their best, most confident life.. and their people too.
