Feed your pet a healthy fresh diet of meat and veggies and never have to worry about this happening!
WAINWRIGHT'S UPDATE:
Last week we posted about a spate of reports of sick dogs fed on Wainwright's and we had quite a response. Here's what we know so far:
• The problems are far from universal with most dogs continuing to do totally fine on the food. If this is the case with your dog then there's really no need to make any changes.
• There are, however, a fairly significant number of Wainwright's fed dogs that have started experiencing problems over the last year having previously been fine on the food.
• The problems only seem to be linked to the dry food ranges - not the wet foods.
• The most common symptoms reported have been dogs suddenly refusing to eat the food and loose motions. Some owners have also reported itchiness, excessive wind and vomiting.
• Perhaps significantly, Pets at Home have recently altered some of their Wainwright's formulas.
• We've asked Pets at Home to comment and are waiting for their response. When we do hear from them, you'll be the first to know.
