Clover's first clutch hatched in September 2023. Some have not molted into maturity yet and are still considered to be subadult. There are still many available if anyone is looking for an older spood baby. Local pickup only until the holidays pass, and then weather pending.

Noelle, a gorgeous northern otiosus (canopy jumper) crafted a super thick hammock overnight. Within the last hour she has laid a pretty large clutch. I'm super excited to raise more otiosus, but disappointed i missed her laying.

Nova (p. Otiosus) has gifted me with two clutches so far. I'm hoping she gives me one or two more, but only time will tell. Canopy jumpers are quirky, fast, funny, and extremely curious. A very limited number of babies are ready for ad0ption with more to come soon. Local pickup only right now.,

Cheeto....WOW, CHEETO....
There are still many starting to explore and adventure out of the nest, but so far there are 152 slings in communal deli cups. First clutch is always the biggest!

Lucia's third clutch total: 49. We lost about a dozen, unfortunately they didn't make it past the first day or two out of the nest. The others seem to be doing amazingly!

It's like a proud mama moment. Cheeto's babies are starting to be separated into their communal cups, and watching them eat their very first meal is so rewarding and brings me joy.

I found this handsome man over the summer missing his leg and severely dehydrated and hungry. My plan was to rehab him and release him, but after some time, i saw that his climbing ability was compromised and he surely wouldn't make it in the wild much longer. He is still with me 6 months later, happy and thriving. 🕷🕸

Lucia laid her 4th clutch overnight.....on the front door of her enclosure of all places. This is going to be an interesting adventure trying to mist and feed.

Lucia's first clutch hatched in February (currently raising a total of 3 clutches from her). This holdback just came out of a molt a few days ago with the most stunning chels! I'm really looking forward to seeing how the others end up.

Just for attention: this is my sweet old man, Noodles. Noodles is a bit over 1.5 years old, and enjoys his solitude. Today, I found him at the bottom of his enclosure. He's been eating less and less, and significantly slowing down. I'm spending as much time with him as I can while he is allowing it.

After MANY failed attempts, we finally have a Nikites pairing. I couldn't be more proud of my boy and our borrowed girl. Sometimes, I still laugh thinking about my previous fear of spiders. Now, I literally let them mate on my hand. 🤦‍♀️🤣 Now we wait and hope for some babies!!! 🕷👀🤗😍

Have you ever watched an orbweaver construct its web? So delicate, so precise, and time consuming. They put so much effort into their webs, it's beautiful to watch.

I thought about putting music over it, or editing it in some capacity. Just ignore the mess and my baby talk. 😆😆

GUESS WHAT??!!! I was finally able to secure a ghost mantis (p paradoxa) ootheca so with any luck it will successfully Hatch and I will finally be able to offer these amazing babies!
