A good friend of Gatos & long time friend of one of the founders has found herself needing to move by April 1st. She's having a vet difficult time finding a new place that will allow her 2 cats, which she definitely does NOT want to rehome, but may have to.
There's Remi, a female Snowshoe, will be 6 in the fall and Ty, a gorgeous black panther will be 4 this year. Both are up to date on vaccines and are FIV/FELV negative.
❤️ They do need to stay together.
If you're interested PM Gatos and we'll put you in touch with their mom.
♥️Back in October we posted about a cat, Blackie, that got away from his owner traveling from TX to Maine at a Concord, OH rest area. The family was contacting local rescues for help.
Well, just in time for Christmas Blackie has been found!!! A family in Kirtland Hills saw him hanging around their barn for a couple weeks and were finally able to get close enough to read his tags. His owner's mom is on her way to Ohio!!
It started when a Kirtland Hills family noticed a black cat hanging out near their barn with their cat a few weeks ago.
🌟 UPDATE🌟 A couple months ago a friend of Gatos needed help rehoming his cat, Monkey, or be evicted. Another Gatos friend, Annette Bisbee stepped up & adopted him. Monk, as he's now called, is living his best life with his new family & cat siblings!!
This , Viva Los Gatos is focusing on a critical aspect of our rescue efforts - the medical needs of our foster cats. Especially our senior cats! Read more about one of our favorite senior cats at the link below, and thank you for your support!
Give the Gift of Comfort and Care to Senior Cats this !
❤️❤️❤️
🌟 UPDATE: Monkey is safe and sound in his new home with Annette Bisbee, another friend of Gatos! Thank you SO much Annette for helping this sweet boy(and his owner, who was very worried) We'd love pictures when you can💕🐾

A friend of Gatos needs to find a home for his kitty. His landlord has given him until Saturday or he'll be evicted. We've tried to reach out to his landlord for more time but no luck. He's already found a home for his other baby. This guy, Monkey, is about 1.5yrs old & gets along with other cats. He is fixed, up to date on all his vaccines and tested negative for FELV/FIV(we can retest) Message us and we'll put you in contact with his owner. PLEASE SHARE.. Clock is ticking ❤️
Blizzard, one of our Christmas Eve kitties, went to his new home over the weekend! His mom, Laureen, spotted him at our space at the Cat Fanciers Association show at the IX center and fell in love 💗 Congratulations Laureen and happy life Blizzard
From an email we received today looking for a lost cat. Please share, especially if you're in the Concord area.. thank you
I’m reaching out for a friend who lost his cat at the concord rest area yesterday. Blackie is the sweetest cat ever! He is a long haired, black kitty with green eyes. He has tags and a harness on. He is older and very docile. He called and looked for hours before heading out.

For their five week birthday, we took all the walls down and let them have the run of the place. Here's what that's like.
Madeline's babies are five weeks old almost! There's a lot of wrestling, a lot of running, and occasionally they all stand in the litter box and try to figure out what they should do next. Kind of peak cuteness right now.
Madeline's babies are 4 weeks old, and 1000% wrestlier. We embedded our cameraman right in the middle of the action to bring you the latest.
Madeline's bebes are 27 days old and fully mobile! It's barely controlled chaos in the nursery. Live streaming here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCt2YtunUO0
From foster parents Steve and Edith: Our sweet Masha took a turn for the worse today and we had to say goodbye to her. Although she was getting better at eating-- this is one of her last meals today with Madeline helping out-- she had multiple congenital issues that just became too much for her to fight. If you are able and would like to make a donation of any kind in Masha's name to https://www.vivalosgatoscatrescue.org/donate, that would make us feel very loved, and will help us continue to care for local cats in need. We will miss our little girl fiercely.
We spend a lot of time with Masha, but we should not overlook the beauty of her sisters, Maria and Homea. Three weeks old today and gorgeous!
Sweet Masha surprised us with a little weight gain overnight. Day 19 and 279g is still pretty tiny, but she's gained steadily since Sunday. We're starting on a little kitty food today to see if she has a taste for that. This is my view six times a day.
Masha update: we continue to gain tiny bits of weight each day. This morning after her bottle she was at 268. That's small compared to her sibs but looking back at the Berry Basket Babies, it's about where they were on day 18. Go little Masha!
Madeline's babies are one week old today!! They've doubled their birth weights, and are getting a little more comfortable with the Giant Hand. Madeline is a total sweetheart and super mom, despite being just a kitten herself. We can't wait to find wonderful homes for all of these cuties! Spread the word!
Beautiful Madeline is days away from having her first and only babies. We'll be live-streaming soon, and you can watch the littles grow. Stay tuned!
🚨FOUND CAT We've been contacted by a tenant at the Centric Apts near East Cleveland. He's safe inside now. Wearing blue collar. If he's yours or you know him, we can put you in touch with the finder.
Absolutely nothing is safe from the curiosity of seven-week-old kittens. Fortunately, we're streaming 24/7 to capture all these tiny crimes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJlsp1juIXM
The berry babies got big enough to leap out of their enclosure, so we did what foster parents do: we surrendered control. Watch them slowly take over the world on their live stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJlsp1juIXM
Police are still asking for help in identifying the vandal they call the Camera Knocker Overer. If you've seen any of these characters, please report them in the comments section. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJlsp1juIXM
