Where we work with nature to produce healthy food and nutrients for both humans and plants. We compost our own soil and have an integrated system where nothing goes to waste. We strive to live by the Permaculture principles. Managing micro climates where we are capable of growing tropical and non tropical plants due frost in certain areas in our property. Our property is surrounded by the Everglad

es Wildlife Sanctuary along the boundary of swamp marsh and sugar sand, giving us a unique location for growing a large variety of plants.

We are happy to announce that we are now taking new members for our 2018-2019 community support agriculture program. Members benefit from exclusive vegetables, fruits and events only provided to our CSA members.

We do have a membership limit and will fill up quick. Once we sell out of CSA Shares we will no longer be able to provide a weekly order. So sign up as soon as possible.

Shallow tiling and deep forking when the soil is dry during the day causes the least amount of damage to our beneficial organisms like our earth worms who go deeper into the soil searching for humid cool environment. a must for (aware) organic farming.

When time is right.. we have replaced our earth worm breeding station , harvesting and casting collection station to a pre washing and storage section. After spending thousands of dollars and years into spreading worms and casting all over our beds, it is time to create space for our next step in becoming an efficient awesome organic farm.

Our main goal is to grow vegetables. Our hens are just a process in our practice that ties it all together. We are not ranchers and do not promote ranching unless it is sustainable. we have the exact amount of hens needed to process our non sellable greens and left over kitchen scraps..

Organic grades (A,B,C,D,F)should be applied in labels. Organic what % show me... I want to meet the farmer... I want to see the farm.. our doors are open come visit and learn or share ideas. trust yourself when possible rather than a standardized label.

Three hard working horse. Especially the white one. Working hard all day so we can collect their manure.
