Now that her owner has made her official post, I can announce the last (for now! 🤪) of our 🫶🏻Swiftie🫶🏻 litter placements!

💙🌚Midnights🌚💙 is now 💥SMASH💥, Sunstorm Can’t Have Nice Things, and is co-owned with Mattie Cobban. Smash will be shown in conformation and whatever else she and Mattie decide to jump headlong into! Mattie is an amazingly accomplished young dog woman, whose passion and eye for structure I admire tremendously. When Mattie approached me about a puppy from this litter, I was flattered, overjoyed, and ecstatic. I couldn’t sputter out the words “OF COURSE” quickly enough. While you’ve been a member of our dog show family for a long time now, welcome to the Sunstorm family “officially” ♥️☘️

💋Red💋 is headed to STL, with his parents Mark and Abby! Red is now Sunstorm Invisible String “Nash”. He will be co-owned by Eleanor and I, and shown in conformation.

🌟Fearless🌟 is headed to Lynchburg, VA with his mama Laura! His new call and registered name are TBD, but they will be hitting the Scentwork scene soon!

🫶🏻Swifties🫶🏻 2 and 3 have moved on to their families!

🌿Folklore, now Georgia, is Sunstorm Put the Stars to Shame (bonus points if you get the lyrical reference!) flew with her new dad to her family of four in CA yesterday.

🦋Debut, now Laci Grace, is Sunstorm Our Song, and has started the long drive home with her parents and new dog-sister Molly the pheasant hunting chocolate Labrador Retriever to SD.

So exited to see these 🫶🏻Swifties🫶🏻 flourish in their new homes!

Our first 🫶🏻Swiftie🫶🏻 has flown the coop! 🩵1989🩵will now be known as “Ladybird”, Lady for short!

Eleanor and I brought Lady to meet her new dad Dane at Kansas City International Airport, and after a delay in Detroit, was greeted by her new mama Abigail! Dane, Abigail, and Marshall their Wheaten Terrier are excited to welcome Lady to their home in North Carolina. Lady’s registered name is TBD, and she will be hitting a show ring on the east coast in 2025!

We have exciting news to report from the cluster held in Topeka, KS today!

In Irish Setters, Matt needed two single points to complete the requirements for his AKC CH. I’m pleased to report that he was expertly handled by Eleanor to BOW on Friday under judge Linda Hurlebaus, and today under judge Robert Hutton. Pending AKC confirmation, he is the second from our 2022 Vivian x King “Welcome to Hollywood” litter to finish. Fun fact, Matt earned his first AKC CH point at this show last year!

In pugs, under judge Jason Hoke, Eli piloted Edison to Select Dog and BOBOH. In the OH Group, under judge Robert Hutton, Edison was awarded an OHG4!
