As the calendar turns, we’re standing in gratitude — and resolve.

2025 tested us.

This past year brought rescues that broke our hearts, moments that reminded us why we do this, and victories that may never make headlines — but changed lives forever.

Every horse saved.
Every frightened soul fed.
Every cold night answered with warmth.

That happened because of you.

As we step into the new year, Two Wild Hearts Sanctuary isn’t slowing down — we’re digging in. More care. More advocacy. More lives protected. More love where it’s needed most.

Tonight, my heart is a little steadier because of you.

In less than a day, this community rallied together and helped us raise nearly $600 to feed and care for the 23 horses who call our sanctuary home. I don’t have fancy words — just genuine gratitude.

Every share, every $5, every kind comment reminded me that we aren’t alone out here in the cold. You showed up. You cared. You fed a herd today.

From Buckeye’s soft nose to the oldest mare in the barn, every horse felt the impact of your kindness.

Thank you for lifting us up when we truly needed it.
Thank you for proving that community still matters.
Thank you for giving these horses another safe, warm night.

🐴The $10 to a Round Bale Challenge🐴

Today we are down to $80 in our account with 23 horses depending on us.

Winter hits fast, and round bales disappear even faster.

Here’s the real math of our barn:

1 round bale = $50

1 round bale feeds 5 horses for 3 days

We need 5 round bales just to get through the next 72 hours

If just 5 people donated $10,
we’d have one full bale.
If 25 people donated $10,
we’d get through the next three days.

It feels huge… until you realize we do it one $10 gift at a time.
