NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

There are low cost spay/neuter clinics around and there are also some programs that provide vouchers towards the cost. You may have to travel a bit further for appointments, but the appointments are out there. Check with animal control to borrow/rent out traps.

You complain because you can't afford to feed one, but you are going to end up having to feed way more without fixing.
