While our mission has always been to celebrate the joy and love that pets bring into our lives, it's impossible to ignore the devastating impact of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.
We think of the countless innocent lives displaced, the families torn apart, and the communities shattered. Our hearts also go out to the often-overlooked victims: the pets and animals caught in the crossfire.
Pets offer unconditional love and companionship, and to think of them suffering or lost is heartbreaking. In times of war and unrest, animals, just like people, need safety, shelter, and care. Many have lost their homes, some have lost their lives, and others are out there, frightened and alone.
Though we are miles away, our thoughts and sincere wishes for peace extend to every individual and pet affected by this ongoing tragedy. To those in a position to help, consider supporting organizations actively working on animal rescue and care in crisis zones.
Thank you for taking a moment to reflect on this somber issue. We hope for a world where all beingsโhuman and animal alikeโcan live in peace.
