***ADOPTION DAY***
A couple months ago we took in 4 Minature/toy Aussies. 4 yr. Old Arizona, the daddy, was adopted today. His son Chandler followed us down the hill-Arizona will be living the good life in Santa Barbara. He’s a perfect match being a low energy dog, needing more cuddles than I can give him. We love you Arizona & we’re so excited for you & your new family. You’ll be so loved!

So I did it. I finally got on Tik Tok. Social media hasn’t been my favorite tool to use since 2012, however it’s necessary in dog rescue. Check out the 3 little rascals that came to us yesterday.

Remember when Miley and Zoe were adopted together? 🤣 Well, I wasn’t sure how it was going to go & neither did Kim (the mom) She inevitably would have been their caretaker. Kim brought them both back a couple days later. 😅 No problem, because Miley was adopted by a couple from Patterson soon after. She’s spoiled rotten now.
Zoe will get her turn soon…

Some of you might know we have (had) 3 Brindle dogs. It’s hard to tell them
Apart sometimes. Well, this is Sadie2.0. I haven’t marketed her for adoption, and yet, everyone falls in love with her when they meet her. And so it goes…this special couple fell for Sadie and they were a perfect match. I’ll miss her so much! She has such a special aura about her. The happiest dog no matter the circumstance. She came in with her sister who was very ill about a year ago. Her sister was adopted within a couple months. This isn’t about me & my feelings for the dogs. It’s about them and what they need, so I made the decision to let her go! As hard as it was.

Cooper is still looking for his forever home! 🐶❤️

This is Cooper. 10 month old, male, mini Aussie. Ready for adoption.
Cooper is fun loving and cuddly like any Aussie you know. The only thing Coopsr doesn’t like is competition! So don’t plan on bringing Cooper into your home if you have a male dog already. He will do best adopted into a family where he can receive all the adoration. He’s trained quite well with all the basics.

4 very special families adopted 5 of our little dogs this week.
***Clifford is so happy to be getting all the attention.
***Momma didn’t even shake as they held her. They fell in love with her instantly. I’m so happy for Momma who will now get more affection than she’s ever known!
***Andi & Lola were just loving their new family. Falling asleep in their arms as we stood there talking.
***After 2 months of waiting, Rose is finally with her forever family. Victoria has been waiting for her too & it was so great to finally meet her!
It was an emotional, yet satisfying week. I love the adoption process when you know the match is right. ❤️♥️💕🥰

Reggie was adopted and now will get all the attention he needs. 😁 JJ took the drive with us. He loves being in the car, but looks so sad as we headed home. JJ wants his forever home too 😢 Someday we’ll find the perfect home for him!
