Manding is a nonverbal way to ask for things, and increases the value of human interactions for young pups. This is a forward communication from the puppy to you, not a top down rule imposed by you on the puppy. That’s why we call it “Give Your Puppy A Voice” instead of “Teach Your Puppy Manners.” They are two completely different things.
Manding is about empowering the puppy and instilling the realization that they are heard.

While Rotties are naturally protective, we absolutely love the sweet, cuddly side. Prim doesn’t even mind that there’s a 20 lb cat laying on her 😂

Well, the vet just confirmed that Prim isn’t pregnant this time. She must want a summer vacation. We’re trusting that her body knows best and will meet with her repo vet to determine the next steps. ❤️

We’ve all been there! I just want a puppy now right? This is exactly why we started breeding for health and temperament. Jumping in blind for that immediate gratification can lead to heart ache and expensive vet bills. Ask those questions of the breeder and be picky! Only you know what’s right for your family and everyone deserves the best fit when adding a furry family member. ❤️

What a difference 8 months make! Looking forward to Prims next and LAST pregnancy before she retires to a life of luxury. She will always have one of her pups around but they’re finding their place with one another. 😊

The puppies go home starting tomorrow. We’re so proud of each and every one of them working on their training and giving us lots of reasons to laugh and smile. I’ll miss them all but I’m so excited for them to get the one on one attention they deserve! 💕
