The Farm, Home & Youth Fair will once again be hosting the Parade of Horse Breeds on Saturday, August 12th during the Fair.

The Parade will be held in the sand riding arena from 12 PM to around 12:45 PM with a "meet and greet" with the public along the fence from about 12:45 PM to 1 PM. We need your help in showcasing the wide variety of breeds in our area and to make this the best Parade of Horse Breeds possible.

The horse/pony can be lead or ridden (provided it can be ridden safely). We prefer walk/trot but will allow a controlled canter on the long side of the ring away from the other horses.

Kathy Fitzgerald was a 4-H leader with Central Horse & Pony Club for years and will be greatly missed.

For those that would like to pay their respects, a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Next Community Church, 2024 Cressman Road, Schwenksville, Pennsylvania 19473.

Kathy Dianne Baker Fitzgerald, 62, of Schwenksville, PA formerly of Harleysville, PA went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Grand View Hospital. She was the loving wife of Dennis G. Fitzgerald for 36 years. Kathy was born in New Kensington, PA to the late

Animal Science Camp is a unique opportunity for 4-H'ers to participate in hands-on, animal science workshops delivered by Penn State Extension specialists, College of Agricultural Sciences faculty and staff, and industry experts.
