If your dog comes in like this I will just be reporting you from now on! This is disgusting! So this was a month ago. I told them they had to come back in one month so I can observe her as she was completely matted and covered “infested” with fleas to where her gums were white because of all of the blood loss. I told them if they cancelled in December I would be reporting them! They cancelled! Poor dog! Sorry not sorry! This is a horrible thing to do to your dog. A couple fleas I get it but this is winter! There is NO reason for this!! Uncalled for!! Period!!

So wow I never wanted to do this but I am going to write what the last 5 days was like.
Girl messages asking for me to watch her dogs as her husband the dogs owner just passed away! I’m like oh man of course yes come on over. Come to find out she’s friends with Todd’s daughter Shalyn! Anyways Paige and Oree come in scared it was loud here with other dogs barking it was a busy day working as always. I put both girls in 2 separate cages in my grooming shop till I could get them to eat their heart worm meds the owner gave me to give to them. Owner leaves and not 5-10 mins Oree pooped in her cage. So Todd was bathing a dog and I had a dog on the table so I let Oree run the shop as Todd cleaned the poop real quick. Within that same moment a customer walks in the front door and Oree was gone! It all happened so dam quick that I am literally sick over this! This was Thursday. I put my dog away Todd and I ran out the door running after Oree whom is from castalia she don’t have no idea where she it! I have 4 more dogs to groom so I get back to the shop to call the owner. She didn’t answer. Little did I know she was just at that same time in a car accident where her child and niece had to be hospitalized and several surgeries! They are all feeling much better thank God btw! The owner maybe an hour or more after messages me back saying I am so sorry I am not ignoring you I was in an accident! She said I am not mad at you! She’s probably looking for my husband! Meanwhile I’m frantically trying to finish my dogs up from grooming. Todd’s walking the trail trying to find this dog! I got done grooming and searched all night Thursday night! I got up Friday morning and walked up and down that trail with her sister. I got in contact with a group to help rescue missing dogs! They came over brought a couple pieces of a kennel on Friday night with a camera. The next night they came back with burgers Orees fav and the rest of the kennel which they found out was broken an
