I’m just putting this out there if your dogs are aggressive, p*eing,p**ping, and will not let me handle them they will be sent home!! I will still charge for my time and what I did do unless I was unable to do anything. I will accept all the 1* reviews you feel necessary but know that it breaks my heart when I cannot groom your dog! I wish I could have more time with the dogs and I wish I could be a one on one groomer but we need money just like all of you! This is our only income so I groom as many dog as I know I can in one day!! If your dog bites me and I cannot work how am I going to pay my bills?? If your dog bites me I have insurance yes but I still will lose customers and lose out on money!!! I have a mortgage a car payment and all the other bills you all have! Yes I am so upset I could scream!! I almost don’t want to take on any new customers because you never know what you are going to get anymore!! Don’t judge me if I send home your dog unfinished I swear to God I tried!!! Now that my head is pounding due to the crap 1* review making me cry, I will be making cookies for my daughter’s girlscout bake sale! It’s my day off and I did not need this first thing this am! I pray I can make today a better day!! Enjoy this nasty weather and try to stay warm! Also I want to thank the customer who sent this to me this am! I so needed this!! Bear and his head tilt! The cutest!! ❤️

Had to send home 2 dogs dogs due to aggression and p*eing and p**ping all over yesterday! Half way finished one then she started biting my comb so I could not do her face the rest of her was completed! The other dog I could not get back out of the cage after I cleaned his p*e and p**p and went to get him back out he was just growling so I told this customer that maybe going to a one on one groomer would be best for her dogs! I was not upset that her female bit me or that I had to clean several times due to the p**p and p*e and I get a one star review for it! I told her and gave her a great recomendatipn to a newer groomer in Monroeville that does one on one grooming! Pics below of dogs and her review! For being such a Godly person she sure is rude! I will post pics and a video of the dogs in comments! I am fuming! I never turn dogs away but your dogs are unsocialized! Last time they were here I had to shave this dog with a 10 due to extreme matting! She does not care for these dogs properly then has the audacity to leave me a 1* review!!!!! I wven told them how good of a job they did this time brishing the female! I could scream!!! She told me her last groomer wasn’t a good fit! I wonder if they got a 1* review as well! How rude! This is our only income if your dogs bite and you dont tell me and I get bit they are out! Period!!! Now where are you going to take them?? I worry for the next groomer! Unreal! Good morning!!! Smh

What a day from 9-1 I had 2 dogs come in at 9am. Then 2 dogs at 10 and 2 dogs at 11. Then one and one! Two I had to send home due to aggression. I still got these cuties done! Enjoy my Tuesday I know I sure did! Also the white dog is blind and deaf thats why she’not looking at me lol! ゚viralシfypシ゚

Saturdays are shorter days, but along with these 3 I had almost 100$ worth of nails as well! How cute are they. Everyone is happy except for Vinnie not one tail wag till grandma picked him up haha!! 🤣 My son has been sick allday so praying I’m not next!
