Two Girls Four Paws All Breed Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado!

Our goal is to save as many dogs from overcrowded shelters & bring them to CO where they will find safe, loving, forever homes.

Pongo is still looking for his forever family!

Hi!

I used to be Weston… but I ignored that name.
My Foster called me Pongo (apparently I look like him?) and I came right to it.

I have a little bit of skin issue currently that needs tending too and I get plenty of baths (keeps me handsome!) but the vet said as long as we keep up with good hygiene and putting the medication on, I will be 100% in no time!

I’m a fun loving guy! I love EVERYONE. And will instantly give kisses. Lots of energy! I’m the most comfortable with men. I don’t know my own klutzy strength and could knock over little kids. (I’ve tried to take my foster parents out numerous times hehe)

I’m good with other dogs, though I can be pushy because I get right in their face trying to play (even strangers on the street!)

I have basic Obedience training (when I listen) so I need someone who will dedicate time to continuing my foundation. 2-3 mile walks are not enough, I need a super dedicated family that’s super active.

Not to much scares me or makes me shy away. So I could learn to be someone’s hiking/camping/water partner!

Sisu is still looking for her forever home. 🥺💔

Sisu was one of the sweet babies brought to Colorado from the hoarding situation in New Mexico. When Sisu arrived, she was extremely anxious & not doing the best around other dogs. Her foster family has worked wonders on her - & she is now a very well trained pup who loves doggy friends & attention from her humans.

Sisu would thrive in a home where she is not left alone without her humane for extended periods of time. A family with other dogs & a yard would be the best placement, as she loves to get her zoomies out & play with her foster siblings!

Sisu is spayed, vaccinated & microchipped.

When Sisu first came to us she was scared and defensive. Now she is a completely different dog. She loves to play with our other dogs and her defensive behaviors are completely gone as if they were never there! She's so happy and active! She loves to play and then take a nice nap. She is the best at cuddling! Sisu is looking for someone to join on adventures and then relax on the couch or in bed for the night. She is extremely smart! She loves tennis balls and any tug-a-war toy as long as you or another dog is at the other end! She will also keep herself busy and play herself if you are busy. She loves to run and play and just wants to make you happy. Sisu has come so far and is looking to join her forever home and pack to love!

Brownie is the sweetest girl and loves cuddles. She is timid but warms up easily. She is amazing with kids, adults, and other dogs. Brownie is always looking to make new friends. She has no aggression at all. She is kenneled trained. She is okay on a leash. She loves to be outside playing or just laying in the sun. She sleeps through the night. She is potty trained completely. She just wants to be loved all the time and I can’t stress enough how sweet she is!

Benji recovered from parvo & is now looking for his forever home! This is from his foster:

“Benji has been a treat to have in our home and we will miss him SO much! I wish we could adopt him but are unable to at this time. ❤️

He is potty trained and crate trained.A playpen doesn't work, his spunky self will knock it down❤️

Benji plays well with our Pyrenees Pit Mix and would do best in a home with a submissive doggy until a little bit of training since he loves taking food,treats and water from our boy. 😃 He LOVES food and can sit. Wait is not in his vocab yet. 😃

With petting him and talks,he will sit right beside me and with training be PERFECT to keep an eye out for you. He has adjusted well to all our older children's visitors and wags his tail at them as buddies. We do not have small kids,but feel he would do great as he did well with the rescue owner's little ones and LOVES attention! He LOVES his belly rubs! Our kitty is not brave enough to come around so unsure about how he would do with cats. He is literally PERFECT, so loving and playful!”

This little bug is Sonic, he’s said to be a 5 month old Heeler mix. Sonic was given away, & a kind family took him in to make sure he didn’t end up in the wrong hands. Sonic is now getting relinquished to me!

Sonic is all puppy, & has the energy to match. He would do best in a home with a big yard & an active family to keep him busy. He has been around other dogs as well as children & has done great!

He does not currently have vaccines, & he is not neutered. I will get him an appointment for both ASAP.

This pretty girl needs a foster!

Maya is a 1.5 year old Standard Poodle. She was recently being rehomed (for free 🙄) while in heat, so a sweet family took her in & reached out to me to help her.

Her original family had kids & other dogs, she was great with both. Her current family has another female dog she’s not 100% sure about, but it could definitely be because she is in heat. She has done well with the new families kids!

Maya needs a foster ASAP. The family that took her in does not have room for another dog, they just took her to make sure she went into the right hands. 🤍

Sparkly Cats foster is going out of town - she desperately needs a temp foster or an adopter!

Sparkly Cat was 1 of the 7 dogs rescued from a hoarding situation in Des Moines, New Mexico. Sparky was first on a euthanasia list, then pulled by the “rescue” that ended up abusing her. She was stuck in a kennel for an unknown amount of time with her dead sibling, underfed, & deprived of love. She made her entrance to Colorado & has flourished ever since! She is now looking for a home!

🤍🐾 Meet Sparky! She is a 4 month old mixed breed. (Potentially lab, jack russel, Heeler, pit) Your guess on her breed is as good as ours! This sweet girl is ready to be your cuddle buddy! She is a real mama's girl and loves playing with her 5 human siblings aged 1 to 8 years old! Snuggled up in blankets or on the bed is top notch for this little lovebug. Sparks gets along great with other dogs big and small! Zoomies are her forté once she gets goin, she's super fast! She likes to be where her fave people are and loves kisses when she warms up. Daisy girl has been in the rescue for over 2 months, with no interest. She has been beyond spoiled & loved in her foster home, but she’s ready to find her forever home!

Daisy is a mixed breed girl, but we suspect she’s a Jack Russell mix of sorts. She gets along with other doggies, loves to snuggle on your lap, & is working on potty training! She is great with kids, (she loves my littles) & has great recall off leash!

Daisy is a bit nervous with new people, but will warm up within minutes & become your BFF. She loves chew toys, back scratches, & sleeping next to her fosters bed at night.

Daisy is fixed, microchipped, UTD on shots, dewormed, & ready to go!

Bo is a very handsome Bernese Mountain Dog, looking for his forever fam.

Bo is currently fostered with another very alpha male dog, so Bo would probably do best in a home with a submissive male, or a female dog! He gets very lonely, so another dog is a must!

Bo is potty trained (unless his tummy really hurts), he is good with cats, & he isn’t a digger or a jumper! He is a massive lap dog, & super loving & happy.

Another one of the hoarding dogs is ready for her forever home! 🤍🐾 Meet Tortilla! She is a 4 month old lab mix. Here’s some info on her:

Hello! My rescue name is Abby (but my foster family calls me Tortilla!). I am a petite little girl, but that could be because I somehow ended up in a tiny crate with not much to eat. Now that I’m safe and have been showed love by my foster family, I am flourishing, love to eat, and I’m gaining some much needed weight! Right now I am about 20 pounds.

Despite my unpleasant past, I have a huge excitement for life-my body wiggles with joy, my tail wags nonstop, and I give the best kisses! I absolutely love playing with dog toys and with my foster family’s other dogs. I enjoy going on walks and am getting good at walking on a leash. I absolutely adore the kids in my foster family…I follow them around the house, cuddle with them, and sleep with them. I am working really hard on potty training and learning some basic commands. Also, I have been around cats and don’t mind them at all!

If you are looking for a happy go lucky, easygoing, affectionate, playful pup, then I’m your girl! I cannot wait to find a furever family to call my own!!

Sisu is one of the babies from the Des Moines hoarding situation. She has required a little bit extra love & attention due the things she has experienced. She is a 9 month old pitty mix.

Sisu is good with other dogs, however will need proper introductions & time to warm up to them to make sure she is safe. Well in New Mexico, I saw her get pinned by big dogs on numerous occasions. She did not fight back, but did became weary of any dogs that approached her. Her foster has been working hard with her, & she has lived peacefully with the fosters large dogs.

Hi my name is Cream and my foster family thinks I’m a dream.

My dog mom was a Black Mouth Cur and my dog dad was Blue Tick Hound. I’m only 11 weeks old, but will probably grow to about 50 lbs. I’m already showing my foster family how smart I am and love learning new things every day.

Right now, I’m happiest snuggling on my foster mom’s lap when she works and getting ear scratches from my foster dad. He says I have the softest ears on the planet. The dog that lives with my foster family has been teaching me how to be the best girl. We’re having a blast playing tag and wrestling. He also told me about hikes in the mountains, so I’m looking forward being big enough to go on lots of adventures. Honestly, I don’t really care what you’re doing, I can’t wait to do it with you!

Coffee is a 12 week old little baby looking for his forever home! Coffees dad is a Blue Tick Hound, & his momma is a Black Mouth Curr. Here’s what his foster says about him:

“After having Coffee for two days we know that he loves cuddles, kids and other dogs. He is a little “explorer” and would need a secure yard to play. He is close to being fully house trained and has had minimal “accidents” in the house. Coffee’s favorite place to be is in your lap! He is already sleeping 6-7hrs at night. He’s working on walking on a leash and sleeping in a kennel but they’re not his favorite and foster mom is a big softy!”

Coffee will be ready for a new home on July 1st.

Owning the rescue, I meet & interact with every dog that comes in. I love all of them, but Coffee definitely stole my heart. He is the sweetest, most well behaved boy. He loves to be loved, & took his vaccines & medications at the vet like an absolute CHAMP. Not a single whine, and he didn’t move an inch. If my house had no recently flooded & I had a move in days for our new house - he would have come home with me. 😅 Whoever adopts this baby will be so very lucky!

Welcome to your new life! 🎊

Coffee, Cream, & Bean all joined the rescue today! Despite the car sickness & throw up all over myself & my dress - I think they’re pretty dang perfect.

They all just got their 2nd round of shots, dewormed, microchipped & got started on tick & flea meds. They are so playful & so dang sweet.

The trios mom & dad are hunting dogs. The dad is trained to hunt mountain lions (I didn’t believe it until they showed me a video!), & the rest of their pack is trained in different animals. These little ones are so, so incredibly start - but ready to learn the ropes of being an indoor family dog.

Can’t wait to keep everyone updated on these littles. 🤍

Obviously, I don’t have the heart to say no. My “intake hold” went to 💩, & now I’m flooding with puppies, haha!

These little ones were all set to be euthanized tomorrow morning, I obviously couldn’t allow that to happen.

- The litter of puppies (There are only 4, 1 was adopted) are 8 week old mixed breed babes. Likely a lab of some sort, but definitely a medium to large breed mix. All puppies are males! I would prefer for these babes to go in pairs.

Snuck in some snuggles with these little cuties tonight! 🥰 These chihuahua pups are 6 weeks old & will be ready to find forever homes in the next 2-3 weeks! They were surrendered when they were 3 weeks old - & they all had a nasty upper respiratory infection. Everyone is much better now, & they’re the sweetest! The foster has worked really hard on socializing them. (Especially Dina the momma!) When we first got them, Dina was extremely fearful & would not let us near her or the babies. She has made great improvement & now wants to be a lap dog! Last night, I left Colorado Springs last minute at 7pm to make the 7 hour trip to New Mexico. This momma & her puppies were in extremely unideal situations. Momma was living tied up outside with little to no shelter or fresh water, while babies were separated from her in a small outside kennel. With the help of a couple other awesome rescues, we got the puppies right around 3am & made it home just after 10am this morning! All 5 pups are sick & will be receiving medical attention today - & Momma is also sick, as well as having mastitis. Send all your good wishes to these sweet pups! 🤍 They’re just the sweetest little things!
