• URGENT •
Not the type of news I was expecting to share with all my wonderful clients during the holidays, but with this deadly and contagious respiratory virus quickly spreading, I am sincerely informing to be cautious when taking dogs to parks, groomers, or daycare facilities.
At the moment there is no cure and the outcome may develop into long-term pneumonia.
Since your pups health is truly my sole priority, I genuinely encourage using an at-home sitter until this gets controlled.
If you are comfortable with the risk and liability, it does not affect any current or future bookings with me UNLESS your dog is experiencing any of the following symptoms before dropoff:
Coughing, Sneezing, Lethargy, Unusual Breathing, and Nasal or Eye Discharge.
It is required to inform me immediately as the boarding will need to be canceled and fully reimbursed.
Please keep infected dogs quarantined and seek veterinary attention.
I hope everyone can be understanding and arranges backup plans accordingly if unable to cancel a trip.
Thank you for helping keep my home a safe space for all pups who enter.
