Did you know you can use EFT on a group/herd/pack of animals?
Many years ago a friend’s llama ranch was affected by wildfires and their barn was on fire. They managed to survive, the people and animals. But the llamas were super stressed. I went out there the day after the fires, to work on the llamas.
Yes, it’s their natural fight or flight that was causing this nervousness, which is how they keep themselves safe. But the threat of the fires was over. And they were still nervous and stressed. So I tapped for the entire herd at once, using EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques. Within a few minutes, they were sighing and their body language was more relaxed.
When I tap for animals in this situation it does NOT take away their natural fight or flight instincts, if there were to be another fire, for example. But in this case they were picking up the stress and fears of the ranch owner, Barbra, and so they remained in the heightened state. One of the ranch hands asked if I could help reduce their stress after the fire, hence the tapping.
On December 30th, Colorado had the most destructive fires in our states history. Here is my experience of what I encountered that day.
And on a “it’s a small world” note—-I know the owner of these cows. I used to play poker with him. The cows, 47 pregnant Mommas, were evacuated last night.******
There are a lot of horrible fires here. I drove to an area being evacuated to try and find the dogs that were let loose from that boarding kennel. The kennel burned down but all the dogs got out. Many were let loose.
But in trying to find a way to get to the loose dogs and stayed a bit too long so I was directed a back way where I encountered a new herd of friends. A herd of cows. Before I got to them I drove by some burned grazing land of theirs.
I got out to tap (EFT) on this herd as they were nervous, and rightfully so. When I was done I turned back to my car to get a coat, turned back to the herd and they had followed me to my car. (Before tapping they wouldn’t come within 20 feet of me. After tapping they were within 2 feet.) I think they would have brought them home with me if I had the space. But they were more relaxed, but not of of danger yet.
They were trying to go out the gate that had been opened to let some of cars out. But some kind people waiting there shut the gate after me. I talked to these people and asked if the authorities had been notified about this herd, and they said yes. I found out they were evacuated that evening to a safe place. Not just that, but they were 47 females, ALL pregnant!
I would like to think the tapping helped keep them and their unborn calves safer and healthier. There’s no way to prove it. Regardless, I am glad I encountered this herd on my way out. (Turns out I know their owner.)
Update—-All 40 of the dogs in that burning kennel have been found and reunited with their families! But so many people lost everything, including some friends of mine.
Please send prayers and positive energy to all the people and animals that were in the way of these fires.
