Ruby is a petite/mini bernedoodle. She is 7 weeks old. She’s a tri phantom with deep rust markings. Her straight wavy coat will require less maintenance. She will be non shedding to very low.
She is eating dry kibble and is up to date on her vaccinations. She will weigh approximately 20-25 lbs full grown.
She is available to go to her new home on August 19th. She is my favorite and it will be hard to let her go. Call or text 270/250/2121 for more information on this sweet baby.

Fergie & Chester’s mini Bernedoodle babies should arrive around June 24th!
These babies will be Multigenerational Mini Bernedoodles.
Meaning they will have the best furnishings- beautiful wavy texture hair that has less tangles with less grooming requirements and low-to no shedding!
When fully grown they should weigh 20-25 lbs!

“Adopt, don’t shop”

is a phrase invented by the anti-breeder, animal rights crowd to turn good buyers against good breeders. In their view, the only dogs who should have homes are the ones found in shelters. “Adopt don’t shop” pits two kinds of dog lovers against each other. It also lumps reputable breeders together with backyard breeders and puppy mills.

To the honorable breeder, in a perfect world, every dog would be purchased from a reputable breeder. Every dog would be bred with purpose and placed with integrity.
Dogs who are fully backed by their breeder go back to the breeder if anything goes wrong.

I am adding here from personal experience, I know that it is a myth to say that the shelters are overflowing primarily because of breeders. The truth is, it is overflowing because of irresponsible pet owners. The dogs that fill the shelters aren't well bred purebred dogs so how could you possibly blame thousands of random mixed breeds on breeders? Breeders preserve their breed, they don't just toss a Labrador and Pitbull type unregistered mix together producing puppies just for the sake of having puppies.

If you truly love dogs, you should be demanding that we do better by them. You should want there to be more reputable breeders in the world. Reputable breeders make it their goal when breeding to not only preserve a breed’s original purpose, but to produce overall healthier and more conformationally and temperamentally sound dogs with predictable drive. Without reputable breeding, we’ll eventually run out of healthy and genetically predictable dogs to enjoy.

If you truly love dogs, then you really cannot only be in favor of rescue. Reputable breeders do not allow their dogs to end up in rescue. They offer a lifetime of support and make it a contractual obligation that any dog bred by them is returned to them should the owner no longer be able to care for them. Only supporting rescue, and demonizing even the most reputable of breeders, essentially means that the only dogs you think people should own are ones bred either through irresponsible breeding practices or irresponsible ownership of intact dogs.

“Adopt don’t shop” also overlooks the crucial element that some people need dogs bred for specific jobs and they need to be able to reliably know that dog has the correct drive and health to do it which can’t be guaranteed in a shelter mix.

“It’s wrong to adopt with so many homeless animals in the world” Is the worst and weakest argument there is especially for anyone who is a parent of children that didn’t adopt. Seriously stop using that rehearsed broken record argument.
Adopt AND Shop. There is just no good way to say every person deserves their right dog, and every dog deserves their right person.
I will continue to recommend every individual do their research and, if choosing to purchase a purebred, please buy from a breeder who understands their dogs must never end up requiring adoption.

It is not and never will be responsible breeders who are filling up all of these shelters resulting in 1000's of pets being euthanized every day. It is not due to breeders who are producing well bred purebred dogs that shelter dogs aren't being adopted. Anyone looking for a well bred purebred will not be looking at a shelter, ever.

The dogs & cats that are in shelters are there because of:

Owners who do not spay and neuter their PETS.
This includes your mixed breeds, unregistered, poor quality, bad conformation, terrible temperaments types. Even if your dog is a shining example of the breed that doesn't mean you are qualified to be a breeder. Be honest with yourself about this one before jumping in head first.
Owners who do not keep their dogs safely contained on their property (those free range pet owners 🤦‍♀️).
Owners who want their pet to experience motherhood one time prior to spaying. You might think it's harmless to just have that one litter of puppies who loosely resemble the breed, are not sound in structure and lack most of the things that make this breed what it is... but you are setting an example and others will follow suit, this mentality spreads like wildfire in a breed.
Owners who take on more animals than they can properly manage.
Owners who don't take the time to train their dogs correctly leading to behavioral issues, then dumping them at the shelter only to get another dog and repeat the cycle.
If you think the dog population is crazy out of control it doesn't hold a candle to the cat population. Which is also do to wildly irresponsible cat owners.

When the shelters start looking like the waiting ring at Westminster then you can start pointing the finger at breeders, but until then point it towards the real problem... all of the irresponsible pet owners who are raising the next generation of irresponsible pet owners.

Jerome Horwitz, famous for playing CURLY in "THE THREE STOOGES", was known to all as a protector of dogs. Curly's contract with Columbia Pictures included a clause that allowed his dogs to accompany him on the studio lot. Columbia limited it to no more than two dogs at a time, this due to the puppies' unplanned on-camera appearances from time to time. You can still see those surprise dog on set invasions in the first few short films. Typically surrounded by various dogs, Curly was known to come home with a stray dog ​​and foster it until he could find it a permanent home. When the Stooges were out on the road, Curly took it upon himself to find a new home for at least one stray dog ​​in every town they visited. Curly is estimated to have saved and rescued more than 5,000 dogs in his lifetime. This makes him a man ahead of his time, with a very admirable concern for man's best friend.
