A cancellation policy is something that we started in January but just a reminder.

You will be charged 50% of your service, if there is not atleast a 24-48 hour notice it will need to be paid in full or you will not be put back on schedule until you do so.
We thank you all so much and we understand emergencies happen but we also have a waiting list and could fill in if you need to cancel your fur babies appointment other pups would love a spa day to! 🐶

As of right now we are no longer taking any new clients in Nashville, Brentwood, or Franklin.
However we are taking clients in Maury county— Thompson Station, Springhill, Columbia, Culleoka, Mount Pleasant, Santa Fe, and Hampshire.
