Today’s Memory Monday honors the cherished bond between Gracie and her mom, Erica. Gracie was more than a companion; she was her mom’s devoted shadow, always close by with unconditional love.

"Gracie was my shadow, she followed me everywhere, even to the bathroom. I couldn’t be out of her sight. If I left the house she would often sit at the front door on the rug just waiting for me. I miss our Sunday naps more than anything. She will always be her momma’s best girl!" - Erica.

"Earlier this year, we said goodbye to Princess, the sweetest mama cat. From the moment we met four years ago, we instantly knew we were meant to be best friends. She had a way of making every day brighter with her loving nature. Princes was my 'Velcro cat'—never far from my side, always up for a cuddle, and happiest curled up under the covers for our afternoon naps together. Her love and loyalty made her so much more than a pet; she was truly family."

Today's entry is from one of our doctors, Dr. Bookmyer, remembering one of her adorable babies, Sophie Jo.

"We lost Sophie Jo (Jojo) in July of 2023 after a diagnosis of bone cancer. She was 14 years old. Sophie was one of 4 Golden's we have. The gentlest, sweetest and most loving of all. She loved to run and play with the younger dogs despite having 2 cruciate surgeries at 11 yrs of age. We will forever miss this sweet girl."
