Why would someone (Kelly) who claims to have their own Rescue (Guardians For The Animals of Ohio) is fighting in court for with a pending lawsuit over rights to this Rescue, want to go in another Rescue to help animals?

A Brighter Day Animal Rescue League did not do their homework. I sure hope they read down this page and see the report from Kelly's house and the condition it is in.

So it seems a settlement has been reached in the lawsuit between Guardians and Franklin County Dog Shelter. It takes a lot of nerve to torture dogs the way she did and continue to sue the county shelter, taking money away from the shelter dogs.

This photo montage is borrowed from an advocates page, these are just a handful of the dogs that suffered in the care of Pam Price.
No confirmation but sources tell us she is back to work, back to collecting dogs in the name of rescue, and has hired an attorney to help her to take control of Guardians for the Animals rescue. How are we letting her get away with this??

There are quite a few people defending Pamela Price and Kelly DeGroat. They are upholding their lies, defending their actions, and given them a safe haven to hide dogs and continue the horrible abuse they inflicted on the poor dogs that were not lucky enough to be surrendered.
Hear this - WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THE DOGS GET JUSTICE!!!

Imagine laying on p*e soaked blankets, in a small crate, in a room filled with crates holding dogs laying on p*e soaked blankets, stuck in a closed up house, on a day like today…WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING! That’s how these dogs lived day after day, month after month.

Will everyone take a minute and share this page? The more exposure it gets the more of a chance other people will come forward.

Please if you donated or had any experiences with the Rescue share them on this page. The more proof that comes out the more of a chance something will get done.

She may not be charged with what she did to those poor dogs, but stopping her from being a 501(c)3 will prevent this from happening again. The IRS has the ability to shut her down.

If you do it for no other reason do it for the dog that suffered and lost their lives in the end. They deserve some kind of justice.

Look closely at this MedVet bill and you will see near the bottom there is a line that shows the totals for financial period 6/1/2018 (when the rescue opened) until 3/29/2022 - $34,712.54 in charges and only paid $3,950.00!!
IN FOUR YEARS SHE ONLY PAID $3,950!!

WHERE DID ALL THE DOGS MONEY GO??

Pamela was outraged that another shelter was going to euthanize Butters, so she raced there to “save” him. Then she shoved him in a filthy cage to rot for a couple years until she dumped him at Columbus Humane where he was euthanized.

This is how Levi was forced to exist, in a crate in the dark. This photo was taken while he was recovering from bloat surgery in Pamela Price’s filthy basement. Notice the inflatable collar and how filthy the crate is!
Also, MedVet was not paid for this surgery, Pamela accepted donations and then did not use them to pay for his medical care.

Be careful who you give your dogs to...GFTAO “stepped up” to keep Della from being returned to FCDS, where she was adopted from. Instead, Della endured hell for 3 years, stuck in a crate 23 plus hours per day in her own excrement.
