Want pulled pork? Place your Boston butt in a smoker with hickory for a traditional smoke flavor. You don't have to put a rub of spices on the pork, but if you choose to, any seasoning salt will do. Smoke at around 225*, wrap it in foil after about 4 hours, cook until internal temp reaches about 200* for fall apart tenderness. This may take 12+ hours, depending on the size and if it was at room temp when placed in the smoker. Enjoy!
