I have experience with a variety of different areas of animal care. I have done everything from basic husbandry to invasive surgeries with all types of animals. s. That has never been a problem. I am also able to give special care to animals if needed. (medications, injection, etc..) I have birds of my own and I know how they react to a new toy in their cage. So boarding them by taking them to a completely different environment, for a week or longer, would put some birds into a state of panic and fright. For this reason, I started a bird sitting business. This allows sensitive animals to stay at their own home. And in their own safe environment. The only stress that they will experience is a new face--me. And 16 years later, I am still loving what I do!!
