Please share this page with your pug-loving friends. No one wants to loose their beautiful puppy to a horrible, preventable disease once they become an adult dog. I can’t believe how many breeders just blindly match parent dogs without genetic screening. If your breeder says “we’ve never had a problem…” or “vet checked” it’s a sure sign they don’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to the prevalence of genetic diseases among pugs.
