Colbetz Cattery UPDATE: I have retired and closed my Cattery Colbetz is a cattery name registered with CFA ( Cat Fancier's Association). All my litter's are registered with CFA.

All my Kings and Queens are CFA registered cats. tested negative for FeLeuk/Fiv; and PKD


I am located in Columbus, Ohio which is in CFA Region Four. My goal is to breed and exhibit show quality Persian Himalayans that meet the Breed Standard. I attempt to attend every CFA cat show in Region 4 that I can. I love to examine other cattery's champions and grand champions while at the shows to see in

"real life" what I should strive for. My pet kittens come to your home Microchipped, neutered/spayed, already wormed and up to date on their kitten vaccines. They will then only need boosters at age one year.

Gary was shaved down. Now initially growing in his body as black, finally I am seeing his white undercoat coming in! He is such a good boy, sitting/standing perfectly for me to make this video. I had to hold phone with one hand and the Slicker brush with the other hand. I had no "free" hand to hold him in place, he is just that well behaved!!

My retired/spayed breeder "Blue" was adopted last night, May 2, 2024, and is now happily in her new forever home. The introduction to her new owners went SO well! She strutted right up to them and wanted them to pet her! It was a match made in Heaven! I am so very happy for her. She will be living in "Victorian Village" about 15 minutes from me!

All THREE expected litters of kittens have arrived! I am VERY busy here, caring for them! There were a total of twelve kittens born. Here are a couple quick photos. Colors born: Solid Black, Solid Tortoiseshell, Pointed Himi, Red Tabby. I will post more as they grow.
