UPDATE: I have six kittens available. They were born in April, 2024. They are all ready to leave the cattery. All my Kings and Queens are CFA registered cats.

I also have Adult female Persians, age two, spayed and ready to go. Visits to cattery are by Appointment ONLY - Give me a call! Colbetz is a cattery name registered with CFA ( Cat Fancier's Association). tested negative for FeLeuk/Fiv; and PKD

I am located in Columbus, Ohio which is in CFA Region Four. My goal is to breed and exhibit show quality Persian Himalayans that meet the Breed Standard.

I attempt to attend every CFA cat show in Region 4 that I can. I love to examine other cattery's champions and grand champions while at the shows to see in "real life" what I should strive for. My pet kittens come to your home Microchipped, neutered/spayed, already wormed and up to date on their kitten vaccines. They will then only need boosters at age one year. All my litter's are registered with CFA.

Nearly three months old and developing nicely! He has heavy boning like is daddy, CH Colbetz Aces High, aka Gary. The blue Himalayan eye color is coming in. Short tail, cobby body, eyes nice and round, tiny ears, BIG full coat. Easily show quality!

My girl "Blue Hawaii" aka "Blue" had her litter of kittens! She began labor at 10:30 pm on July 4th. But it took HOURS for any sight of the first kitten to appear. I stood beside the birthing cage and talked to her, petting her, all that time. She and I working through all those nasty contractions! FINALLY at 1:30 am, I saw the end of a tail and one rear foot. Of course the slow down was this backwards entry! Once that kitty was born, she continued to POP them out every 15-20 minutes. I have only taken this one photo so far. Just too tired, she AND I, from the whole process! There are four kittens, two solid black, one tortiseshell and one solid blue.

Gary was shaved down. Now initially growing in his body as black, finally I am seeing his white undercoat coming in! He is such a good boy, sitting/standing perfectly for me to make this video. I had to hold phone with one hand and the Slicker brush with the other hand. I had no "free" hand to hold him in place, he is just that well behaved!!
