Policies

The only payment I accept is cash, Paypal, or credit/debit cards while in person. If paying through goods and services you must add an additional 3% fee towards your total balance to cover the merchant fee. I offer a 30 day payment plan. In order to start any payment plan you must place a 25% non refundable deposit down. Full payment plus shipping cost if applicable is due within 30 days

of initial deposit. I only ship hub to hub (ship center). I will NOT ship to any household. You will need to provide me with the ship center location you will be picking up from. You will need to pick up the animal within 2 hours of its arrival time. If you do not pick up within 2 hours you are held solely responsible for its health and well being while it waits for your late arrival. Immediately upon you picking up you must open the box and send me a picture so I know it arrived safely. I am not responsible for dropped tails during shipping. If there is an issue with arrival, health, or condition of the animal I must be notified no more than 24 hours of you taken possession of the animal. You must be 18 years of age in order to purchase any animal from me. I offer a 14 days guarantee on all animals and cannot refund money after that time frame.
