It took me awhile, but I finally landed Doug Funkhouser on our beloved page.

After Warmachine’s first transgression, the presiding environmental judge (who I won’t name, but he’s a seriously good dude) PROMISED me if War and I ever stepped foot in his courtroom again, two things were going to happen:

1) I was going to jail.

2) War was gonna take a dirt nap.

Then the unthinkable happened…..and War and I found ourselves in front of the same judge…

But this time I had Doug at my side, and what seemed like a hopeless situation turned into little more than a traffic ticket.

Since then Counselor Funkhouser has represented multiple members of my family, and mitigated our mistakes as best he could and ultimately gave us the best outcomes we could ever hope for.

Sometimes we make mistakes, sometimes we stumble and fall down. It’s human nature.

But when we disappoint even ourselves, Doug will stand fast by you and see you through to the other side.

Werewolf doggo attacks? DUI? Fast and Furious wannabe teenage kids?

As a graduate of The United States Army Judge Advocate General’s School in Charlottesville, Virginia, Mr. Funkhouser also worked as a Captain the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, specialized in military law, statutes and regulations and provided legal advice to special agents and commanders on investigative, administrative and criminal law issues. Additionally, Mr. Funkhouser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School with honors, both in Columbus, Ohio.
