Created by a licensed veterinary technician with over 18yrs of Veterinary Emergency/Critical Care and Surgery experience. Tired of trying to make existing slings and harnesses work to help her new front limb tripod patients recover from surgery, she decided to just make her own. Meet a brave little fighter.

Six Pack was born with a sternal cleft—a rare condition where the chest bone doesn’t fuse properly, leaving their tiny heart and lungs without the protection they need. Swipe to see the comparison X-rays.

Right now, a simple tumble or a playful pounce could be life-threatening. To survive and grow, Six Pack needs specialized surgery to close the gap and protect that precious heart. reached out to us to make him a special protective suit but that doesn’t fix the problem.

🩺 Why This Surgery Matters

A sternal cleft isn’t just a physical “gap”—it affects everything:
• Protection: Currently, there is no bony shield over the chest cavity.
• Breathing: It makes it harder for the lungs to expand fully.
• Future: Without repair, the risk of internal injury is extremely high.

The Cost: we need to raise funds to cover the specialist surgeon, anesthesia, and 24/7 ICU recovery care.
