I know it’s the day after, but fireworks will most likely continue all weekend.
PLEASE contain your dogs. They do not need to go to the fireworks displays with you. After the local fireworks last night, I immediately saw some “found dog” posts. Please be a responsible pet owner and keep them contained and at home. I don’t want to see one of yours on the missing posts.

4 of our team spent a Monday getting certified in CPR and first aid. So at all times, we will have someone certified in the building.

This is the dog that was abandoned in our parking lot. He is a very sweet boy who will do well around other dogs. Please reach out to the rescue if you are interested in adopting him. We named him Sir Branch of Bubbles Way! 🤣

UPDATE!! The sweet baby is now in the loving hands of a rescue, Rusty's Rescue Ranch. The police were notified and have a copy of the video. We can only hope this guy had no other option and left him where he thought it was safe. He did leave a toy in the crate. It was a little over an hour before my first employee arrived, so that was a saving grace. We were fortunate to have found a rescue this quickly. They are all full, as well as the shelters and humane society. Hope this never happens again, we may not be so lucky.

Around 6:14 this very cold morning, someone decided to abandon a crated dog in my parking lot. When one of my employees got there, this poor baby was shivering and scared. No blanket, food or water, just left in the cold. To say I am angry, is an understatement. Wait until we open or take it to the shelter. My employee had some blankets in her car, she immediately covered him with. Laws need to be changed where you CAN NOT just abandon an animal, even if it’s in a “safe place”. He is safe and warm now.
