Please remember with are extremely wet weather and flooding ahead of use to keep a close eye on are equine hooves for thrush!
Some signs include: black tar like discharge, sensitive frog and surrounding area,very foul odor
My favorite thrush treatment is Kopertox! Remember to keep the hooves clean and dry as best as possible as well as keeping them on a regular trim cycle to help prevent groves for moisture to become trapped in!

Who would believe me if I said I trimmed this of a goat?!? 😯 sadly all the goats hooves were like this but I got them all trimmed up the best I could and will be back out in a month to continue fixing the damage

For anyone interested here is a bit about myself!
My name is Rebecca Holderman. I’m 23 years old and originally from Walla Walla, Washington. I served as the 2019 Waitsburg Celebration Days Queen. I’ve formally been a farrier in Walla Walla as well as Umatilla Oregon and surrounding areas. I grew up showing a wide variety of animals including rabbits, chickens, pack/dairy goats and horses!
I attended WWCC Farrier program and have been specializing in Barefoot trims for the last 5 years! I also trim goats and have over 10 years experience with them.
When I’m not out work with clients I’m at home helping raise my 4 step kids 💚
