🌟 Meet Our Amazing Veterinary Assistants! 🌟
We’re lucky to have a passionate and dedicated team of Veterinary Assistants here at Forest Crossing Animal Hospital! Get to know Taylor, Tina, and Brianna, who all bring their love for animals and expertise to every patient they care for. 🐾💙
🐾 Taylor joined us in 2021 and is pursuing an Associates Degree to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She shares her life with her two dogs, Blue and Paisley, and two Brahman cows, Gypsy and Suie. Taylor enjoys spending time with her animals and attending concerts with friends. 🎶🐄
🐾 Tina joined our team in August 2022 and has always had a passion for caring for animals. She’s working toward her Veterinary Technician license and shares her life with two Labradors, Zeke and Bosco. In her free time, Tina loves traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her pups. 🐕✈️
🐾 Brianna has always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. She holds a Bachelor's in Animal Science for Pre-Veterinary Medicine and is currently working to apply to veterinary school. Brianna’s home is filled with her pets, including Pepe, Asta, Jack, Mr. Kat, and two bunnies, Oswald and Kurtis. When not at work, she enjoys gardening, crocheting, and running with her dogs. 🌱🐶

Leigh Anne’s love for animals runs deep, and since joining our team in 2020, she’s been bringing her passion and expertise to the grooming department, helping our furry friends look and feel their best! ✂️🐶🐱
When she’s not transforming pets, Leigh Anne enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, relaxing with some TV, and conquering challenges in video games. At home, she shares her life with her furry family: Stew the rabbit, Kiwii the budgie, and two cats, Beebee and Tippy. 🐇🐦🐱

With Valentine’s Day coming up, remember that chocolate is toxic to pets! Theobromine, a stimulant found in chocolate, is processed much slower by dogs and cats, making even small amounts dangerous. Dark chocolate and baking chocolate are the most toxic!

If your pet sneaks a sweet treat, call your vet or Pet Poison Control (888-426-4435) ASAP! Symptoms include vomiting, restlessness, rapid heart rate, and even seizures. Keep those Valentine’s goodies out of paw’s reach! ❤️🐶🐱

🌟 Meet Our Practice Manager: Maddie! 🌟
We’re thrilled to introduce Maddie, our amazing Practice Manager at Forest Crossing Animal Hospital! 🐾
Maddie brings a wealth of experience and a deep love for animals to her role. With a Bachelor's in Animal Science, she’s currently pursuing her dream of becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician through the Veterinary Technician course at Dallas College. Maddie joined our team in February 2020 and has been an essential part of our practice ever since.
At home, Maddie shares her life with her three feline companions: Killua (6), Patsy (4), and Mitch (1). 🐱 Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, video games, and getting lost in a good book. 📚🎮

🌟 Meet Our Amazing Doctors! 🌟

At Forest Crossing Animal Hospital, we’re fortunate to have two exceptional doctors dedicated to your pets’ health. Meet Dr. Brzozowski and Dr. Musgrave, who bring compassion, expertise, and experience to our team.

🩺 Dr. Brzozowski earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Business Administration degrees from Texas A&M University. He specializes in preventative care, focusing on wellness testing, disease prevention, immunizations, and parasite control. Dr. Brzozowski is also experienced in diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, and surgery. Outside the clinic, he’s a private pilot with a passion for animal rescue missions and Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) advocacy. Along with his wife, Samantha, and their “other” kiddos—River and Finn, the Standard Poodle Diabetic Alert Dogs—he promotes T1D awareness. Dr. Brzozowski is always here to listen, educate, and provide the best care for your pets. ✈️🐾

🐱 Dr. Musgrave earned her DVM from Texas A&M University and has a passion for Preventative and Feline Medicine. She’s committed to educating pet owners and helping them make informed decisions about their pets' care. Originally from North Texas, Dr. Musgrave enjoys running, scuba diving, and spending time with her German Shepherd, Adler, and rescued Persian cat, Sir Puff. She’s excited to meet new clients and their furry friends! 🐾💕

🚨 A Heartwarming Rescue Story! 🚨
Just like firefighters rush in to save lives every day, we recently witnessed another incredible rescue—one of our amazing clients saw a story of two dogs who were set to be euthanized and decided they had to adopt those sweet babies. Their actions gave this dog, and his sister, a second chance at life and we are so fortunate for them sharing their story with us. We are constantly amazed by the endless love and compassion we see daily by those who come through our doors. 🐾

In order to provide more flexible and accessible care to our patients, we will begin seeing appointments at 7:30 am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and closing every other Saturday, starting this weekend.
