Meet Granger!
Granger is a 2-year-old, 16-pound Schnauzer mix who came into our rescue as a stray. He was found alone in a Houston apartment complex, but his sweet and resilient personality has truly shone through since his arrival. Granger is great with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion in his forever home, though he’d also do just as well being an only dog to soak up all the love and attention. This scruffy little guy is playful, smart, friendly, and eager to be part of a loving family. Granger loves to jump up on your lap and cuddle and be told how handsome he is. He is very treat motivated so he is eager and quick to learn. He is very goofy and always is doing something to make his foster family laugh.

Granger is potty trained and crate trained but is still working on his leash skills. With time and consistency (and treats) he will have leash training mastered in no time! He would do best in a home with older children who can help with training due to his jumping when he gets really excited. He’s ready to leave his past behind and start fresh with a family who will cherish him forever.

Granger is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He is heartworm positive. CAMO Rescue is treating him with doxycycline and Proheart 12. He will need another HW test in 6 months and possibly another Proheart injection at that time. Draco is a charming 4-year-old, 13-pound Yorkie who is ready to steal your heart! He is being cared for in the Houston area. This playful pup gets along well with other dogs and absolutely loves running around the yard. However, Draco has been known to become possessive over his person so would do best as the only dog in the home. One of his most adorable traits? Draco does the cutest little wave with his paws to grab your attention-it's impossible to resist!

Draco seems to be kennel trained and may also be house trained, though it's hard to fully assess until he's in a home. He is currently practicing his leash training and will thrive with a patient and loving family who can help him master these skills.

Additionally, Draco is heartworm positive, but don't worry-he will receive treatment here at the facility to ensure he's on the road to better health. Draco is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated and up to date on all preventions. All adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract.
